Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe pillows were thin & hard. No fridges in the rooms, they did offer to put anything I needed in their fridge, very kind.
The room was close to the beach, cafes & supermarket. There was a beach view from the balcony. The staff were very accommodating. It is always good to have free onsite parking. The breakfast was amazing & coffee perfect.

United KingdomThe breakfast was not great. It was extremely basic and we were all disappointed. It was all cold choices. Even boiled eggs were cold. The pastries did not taste fresh and I had a bowl of yoghurt and the rest of family skipped it at the hotel. The only fruit on offer was tinned fruit or a whole apple or a whole kiwi. We went next door to the beach for watermelon and a croissant. Swimming pool tiny, but we knew that before we arrived.
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Bikes were available to use as and when we wanted. They were needed especially for the evening when we wanted to go into town or across the canal to Cervia. Hotel very close to beach. Good powerful shower. Corridors were noisy in morning but everyone tends to go to bed early so quiet at night.

Great location and beautiful hotel to be a 3 stars. Considering the region of Italy that is Emilia Romagna I would expect a much better options in the buffet of the breakfast.
