Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The only downside was the wifi connection. Although the signal quality was sufficient so the actual speed was completely unusable even for just surfing the internet.
Almost everything during our stay was fine. The rooms are clean and I felt comfortable in the room. The service more than friendly. The restaurant was excellent.

In the room it was noticeble, that it had been a smokers room, by the smell (i didnt mind). Also there is an AC that makes some noise from time to time, but not too bad. The breakfast was basic, but sufficient.
The Hotel is a 10-15 minutes walk outside of town. It offered safe parking space. Staff was very friendly, one guy also spoke english. Good place to stay for a night, when your on a drive through.

The cleaning crew was very loud for many hours in the morning. The beds were old with broken down mattresses.

I stayed for 3 days, and on the second day, I noticed that I had a bite on my ankle, which is definitely from BED BUGS. The room looked clean until I saw the old Air-conditioning that looked horrible and didn't work, probably for the better. I can't imagine that would be healthy. On the first day, I decided to have dinner at their restaurant. It was very hard to communicate as the waiter had basically had 0 English, and they didn't give me a menu. The food I ordered was OK, but nothing special for what I had to pay at the end. Ravioli for appetisers was like 6 pieces drenched in oil, so I asked also for a lasagne about (around 50g), and for the main dish, I ordered a steak that actually was just a small steak(around 70g) and a piece of lemon. And there would be more, but I think I said enough. I usually don't complain or write reviews, but this experience made me do it as soon as I had time after checking out.
The staff was amazing, very helpful

It's one of those typical places where either contract workers or people with an extremely low budget go. Door and walls of the room where thin, so at 6 AM when people started to go for breakfast, I was up due to the noise. At 8.30 they knocked on my door to clean, while check out time was until 11 AM, and I still had the room key with me. Out of the room, a bucket with empty bottles of alcool from other rooms. Breakfast was a joke: a few industrially produced things, still in their plastic wrapping. Coffee was bad. Worst part of it: I need to pay with the card, and I had to wait 40 minutes because the older guy still working there had no clue on how to make me pay with the card, and we had to wait for his son to come back to work. I had a work appointment to which I landed consistently late because of this. My sympathy to the old guy still working there despite his age, but the service provided was not professional at all. Bad experience
Didn't like much, being honest. Service was the bare minimum, and the room was decently clean.

Some of the features did not work, such as personal lamp, bathroom vents which created a very humid atmosphere, or was incorrectly advertised, such as the air conditioning which was a key selling point for me, however it was not disclosed that it wouldn’t be available at the period of the year in which I visited, despite the heat being an issue. The bathroom toilet was very intense upon flushing, and would launch water onto the floor of the bathroom which was very unhygienic. The shower cubicle is very small which a lot of customers will find too restricting such as myself. There are some staff who were pleasant and accommodating, others were the opposite and felt aggressive or short tempered at times. The accommodation advertises that they speak English, however only one member of staff I found was able to speak it at a good level which can prove difficult at times (the one in question however was very pleasant to talk to). Having tried the food, it seemed over priced, the food itself tasted good, however portion size is very small and difficult to recommend on that basis.
Convenient location and accessible, only applicable to my circumstances however.
