The breakfast is very limited, but the fact that can be taken on the front terrace facing the sea somewhat makes up for the lack of options.

The walls are quite thin, I could hear TV playing or other conversations, in the mornings there was a garbage truck which made a lot of noice.

Quite nice, near the beach and a lot of restaurants, room was clean and was tidied daily.

The balconies could have been a little bit more decorated for the size, ours felt a little empty.

The room we had was spacious for our needs, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The balconies were very large in size! The beach view was beautiful, even though the day was extremely windy. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety of things, and had everything from fresh fruits, cereal, bread, to pancakes, juice, and pastries.

property is right on the beach. it is an old fashioned Italian family hotel with all the advantages of that, but has no five star pretences at all. Most people will love it - others maybe not so much. The owners and staff put everything into it to make you feel comfortable.

Nothing all was good, maybe put an iron at disposal in the rooms for ironing clothes, for the rest all was super nice. The cleanness of the room was way above expectations.

Excellent room, beautiful view, clean, well equipped. Next to the Port of Anzio, a lot of nice restaurants, and little shops. All is at walking distance, beach is amazing and just in front of the hotel. A real good discovery.

The hotel is wonderfully placed on the seafront. The room and the breakfast are very good, although the indoor space for eating is limited.

The WIFI was very slow during the evening to the point it stopped working, it could do with improving.

The hotel is situated right across the road from the beach and our room had lovely views. The room was large with a comfortable bed and a large lit balcony. It's a short walk to the working harbour and marina where there lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel doesn't have parking and all on street parking is metered between 9AM and 10PM but it's only 1€ an hour and the time carries over to the following day so don't have to be out earlier to top it up.

The Wifi was very spoty. Constantly dropping off. Very frustrating for a digital nomad. We had to use our phones for hotspots many time through the day.

Bathroom itself was small with nowhere to put your toiletries. In street parking which was difficult to find.

A very central hotel in Anzio. I got a room on the fourth floor with a view of the sea and the beach with a small balcony. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Modern room with a good bed and a desk I could work from. There is not good sound insulation between the rooms, which became clear when I had neighbors with two small children who screamed a lot both at night and during the day. But all in all a nice stay, and at a reasonable price.
