    - a bit noisy(noise from street, it wasn’t possible to open the window, cause of traffic) - neigbours, but I can’t say it was minus, cause you are in Italy, and Italians never were quite ;)) All was written with words of my parents,to whom that vacation was deducted

+location (near the Villa Borgese and American embassy) +cleaning (every day) +stuff, especially want to say big thank you to Alesandro. Very helpful, intelegent men.helped me when I was booking a room number for my parents, and helped every time to my parents. Allessandro, that you from Liudmyla and Serhii

the hotel was clean and nice, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It took us a little while to find the hotel because we didnt realize it was in a building with other business. But once we found it everything was great!

Only a British thing - no kettle so couldn't make tea but that's not part of the culture so can't complain too much. Would have liked at least one comfy chair in room to sit on ... Not much they can do about it, but very small lift (or many stairs!).

Really great staff, location a little out of the centre, but with easy access to public transport. A small but functional breakfast room (or we could have had brought to room) - gets a bit busy in the peak morning rush.

Very friendly and helpful staff, 24-hour reception.
    • Solo traveller

There was no real "lobby" where you could sit and wait or have a drink, but Rome has plenty sidewalk cafés so this was only a minor point. The bed was a bit too hard for my liking, and the sink was very low (I am 1.73m tall) Breakfast buffet could have been a bit more fresh with less processed foods.

Very friendly and helpful staff, 24-hour reception. Don't be deceived by the front door, the hotel is located in a building with other businesses. This actually made for a very discreet atmosphere. Very clean, new or newly renovated. A proper desk to work at. Close to Villa Borghese.

The clue is in the name - "Boutique"!
    • Leisure trip

If you're looking for a 5 star hotel for a honeymoon, look elsewhere. There wasn't much on offer for food at the hotel. To be fair, in Rome, there are plenty of places nearby to compensate.

The clue is in the name - "Boutique"! I loved my stay at Roma Boutique Hotel. It was perfect for me. More of a lovely B&B. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfectly central.
