We were the only guests, so it was a rather strange experience. Too many pictures which were not to our taste. There was no chance of an evening meal and we did not wish to drive down steep road to city centre.

Overall hotel is very attractively decorated and furnished, especially spa area.

Room was very comfortable but it lacked enough natural light. Window was bit small for room. Hotel is a bit outside the center and not so easy to walk to town in winter when it's dark. Most likely not a problem in summer.

Friendly staff. Large clean room. Comfortable bed.

There were no noise isolation. Seems that walls are made of carton. It was a feeling that I am not alone in my room. I heard almost all issues my neighbour did.

Small family run hotel, staff were excellent . Lovely swimming pool , walking distance to town . We had read - online- that the breakfasts were not good but we found they were really fine and exactly what you expect in Italy. A bonus was being able to order an expresso or cappucino.

Dinner was very nice, but the meat was too dry in two different dishes...

Wonderful place, not too big, 1 person to help you around the pool who enjoyed his job and was ever so helpful! Very clean, nice bed, bathroom, airco, swimmingpool.

Elegant and relaxed hotel with superb rooms and a lovely pool area. The staff were excellent and very helpful. It is only about a 10 minute walk into the centre of Acqui which is very nice with a decent amount of very good restaurants and bars.

Basic room facilities with a room that was next to a large noisy air con unit and was looked into by the passing cars. Auto switch on lights that left you in the dark and the feeling that the place was deserted. No atmosphere at all, silent and empty meant we had to go out in the evening. Odd

Stylish and well maintained with nice staff and gracious feeling

Old-fashioned hotel in need of updating. Lacked facilities, no in-room tea/coffee, no iron and wouldn't provide one, very basic TV. Staff late for breakfast. Poor choice of cold cuts for breakfast - no attempt at regional produce, pastries better.

Location just outside Acqui town was good, peaceful with nice grounds. Room was very spacious, good wi-fi signal. Staff very pleasant.

A pleasant hotel in a peaceful location up in the hills above Genoa. We had a large room and bathroom, enjoyed good massages, the lovely jacuzzi and pool, and had a very good dinner and delicious breakfast. The staff were delightful and very helpful.
