Sound insulation not the best I could hear the room above me snoring and the television in one of the next rooms very clearly. Restaurant quite expensive for what it is and the room was a little tired - minor gripes it's a great hotel!

Easy to find and park, decent restaurant and passable breakfast. Good staff, room was a good size. I would not hesitate to stay again.

breakfast selection, size of the room as we booked with a patio but did not have one. it is marketed as luxury 5 star, I wouldnt say this is the case although it is still nice

The location was very nice especially if you drive. There is private parking which you have to pay 7eu for. Beautiful gardens and pool area. Hotel is very classical when it comes to design. Sizable gym area. Dinner was great

The staff comes every day to check the bar, absolutely ignoring "don't disturb". After cleaning, they always forgot to place or return a bath mat

Expected more from an official 5 Star Hotel. We even found a tea spoon dirty with the tea / coffee making facilities. There were very few plugs around the room and to connect one's items, such as phone, laptop etc we had to unplug stuff like lamp, etc

The room condition need to be improved, especially the tower, which smell irritated. The smell like they are new towers taking directly from the store without washing.

The working staff are very helpful and can get 5-star.

Definitely not 4 or 5 start. Wallpaper shabby, Rooms dated, old TV…. With bad reception. Breakfast was basic .

The area is not for vacation. Simply as that: even though the hotel lists itself as a 5-start and mentiones beach-front, none of that holds for an international standard. The beach is ok to look at, but the harbour is close by so the water tends to foam a bit. I was not told that I can get beach towels when checking in. The rooms and the hotel are well taken care of albeit old. My AC started dripping at night from condensation.

The hotel is one of the better-in-shape hotels in that area, as such its the go-to place. Its well taken care of and from the 80s, so the rooms and common space is held in ochre to dark-ish brown colors. The stuff is there all the time and keeps the place tidy and welcoming. The room was very clean, there was nothing to complain about the service.

You claim to be 5* however more like a 3. No pool service instead told to walk through foyer to inside bar in wet swimwear, no service in pool area even though there were over 12 people using the area. Felt like a conference being held was more important than we as paying guests. Had to ask for pool towels, glasses in the room. Restaurant food was good but decor dull and the whole place just very 1980’s and tired. Rooms clean and bright. There was MUZAC and Michael Buble playing across ALL areas on repeat until midnight. You need to engage Ms Susan Richardson who worked with Rocco Forte to revamp the old place. Tired and felt like going back in time.

Beautiful old property. Large spaces and gorgeous swimming pool. Staff were very good friendly and helpful.comfortable if a very old fashioned and tired feel. Andrea the barman was brilliant at cocktails.

Some unhelpful service eg took 2 phone calls and 3,trips to reception over the course of a couple of hours just to get small jug of milk for tea. Was told to check out after 11.00pm - I was in bed well before that for an early morning flight Food ok but very overpriced

We had a little trouble with the setting of the air conditioning, which was automatically turned on every few minutes, and the lighting, but this was resolved very quickly through the service person.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, we were warmly welcomed and instructed. Rooms cleaned every morning at breakfast. Great space with pool and bar and intimate restaurant with live concerts.

There was an old man touching himself and taking photos and videos of all the women. We told staff, and they initially didn’t believe us. But after a few hours they checked his phone and kicked him out the pool. On our booking confirmation, it didn’t mention breakfast. We asked when we checked in, and they confirmed we had breakfast included. Then, when we checked out it was this huge ordeal because they were trying to charge us hundreds of £, saying breakfast wasn’t included. Despite the other receptionist being honest and admitting she had said it was, never being told a cost of given a bill before this point. Eventually, they did take it off, but our taxi had left at this point. Having been delayed about 50 mins we almost missed our flight. Plus the hotel’s taxi cost €50

Rooms were lovely, and comfortable beds Large balcony on superior room with plenty of outdoor furniture. All kept very clean. Brilliant pool - very deep at the deep end. Not too busy. Very clean but not chloriney. Comfy beds around. Perfect! Opposite the beach, short walk to beach club where the hotel pays for you to have a lounger and umbrella (really nice one). Quiet private section of beach. Events here in the evening. A short 15 min Lime (rented scooter via the Lime app), which if you bulk buy minutes on its quite cheap, but taxis are very expensive. €25 minimum (large taxi). Great WiFi

This is a solid 3 star hotel and not 5 which is also clear if you see the price per night. If you are expecting a 5 star experience you won’t get it here. The hotel is older and it’s visible. It is however comfortable and has lots of space to just chill. Also don’t go here if you want a fancy vacation - the location isn’t fancy - it is however very practical, as it’s near the airport and harbor. Overall just don’t expect a 5 star stay and you won’t be disappointed.
