Very good and comfortable location (5min to Metro 10min to Vatican) and a lot of restaurants near to the room. Remote check-in. Everything was really nice :)

One of the best accommodations we ever had. Location is perfect, walking distance to the Vatican, lots of locals, bars of higher ranking in the neighborhood, but also some great streetfood as well. Paolo is super nice and helpful. This place gives you far more than you’d expect- these little things (bottle of water, beverages in the bathroom, voucher for breakfast) leaves you with gratefulness.

The location is great—just a short walk from the St. Peter’s Basilica and also close to the bus stop. Room is clean and the bed is comfy too. Paolo replies promptly is very helpful with concerns. I’d stay here again.

Everything was excellent!!

The flat is on 6th floor of a big building, like 5 minutes of walk to Vatican. It is small, but just enough for 3 night stay. Close to the building is the Ottaviano station. The owner, Paolo, helped us in every way we needed. We could even check in earlier and he opened the door remotely. Every day we had 2 bottles of water in our room and a voucher for breakfast (coffee + croissant) in a nearby café, which I highly recommend!!( in the afternoon they have the best gelato!!) Right next to the entrance of the flat is a pizzeria and a supermarket. Everything is really close by, the location is perfect.

Our stay for 3 nights was excellent! Very good location, close to a metro station, with access to all attractions, next to the Vatican. Very good communication about anything with the host Paolo! Very good morning treat of coffee and croissants in a nearby cafe! We were very pleased and will definitely prefer it again!!

Sometimes there are a whistle in the room. Seems to be connected with some water pump or something like that because it happened when we (or others guests) took shower.

Great Location near Vatican and shopping and restaurants. Paolo was a great host, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Highly recommend this place for a stay in Rome. The Italian breakfast at a local pastry shop nearby is fantastic addition along with coffee and tea in the room with daily cleaning and water bottle replacement . Rooms are on the 6 floor so an elevator is a great plus !

It's an apartment modified to accommodate four separate rooms with their private bathrooms. The problem with this, is that the rooms are not really soundproof. Also the breakfast provided in the café consists of a coffee and a small croissant (very tasty however). So the included breakfast should not be your critical factor. Overall the room was nice and clean, greatly located, excellent host, but with poor breakfast. I recommend it but I wouldn't describe it as value for money.

We stayed for 4 nights. It was in a very comfortable location, next to Vatican and 5 min walking distance from Ottaviano metro station. The room was very clean, they were cleaning everyday. The area where the room is located is pretty nice with plenty of restaurants, shops, Cafés. There is also a small supermarket next to the room. The host, Paolo, was the kindest guy and explained us thoroughly how we can reach the room. It was also very helpful that when we checked out, he gave us the opportunity to leave our luggage and come back later to take them.

Small Elevator up to floor of room, but no big deal.

Literally across the street a bit from Saint Peter’s Square. We walked there at night and during the day- beautiful location. Taxi stand across from 24/7 coffee and pizza and bar next door for easy anytime movement. Clean,comfortable, updated room with private bathroom-host was easy to contact. - I’d stay there over and over again.
