The location was perfect. We were outside the main city center but didn't feel like we were too far from anything. It was clean and comfortable for all of my family. You could not hear the noise from the busy street down below. Nearby several cafes and stores. The beds were comfortable, except the sofa bed, it was not as good as the actual beds. We enjoyed our stay!

The people above us were a bit loud in the mornings as we could hear the walking. The bathroom shower was a little small, but not a deal breaker.

Location, superb, really close to everything. We walked everywhere, the river, into the city, Puente Vecchio, you name it. Lots of places to grab food and brekkie. Very close to great market food, would highly recommend if you go in a large group, we had both apartments. Outdoor terrace was a bonus where you can have a nice dinner.

Really well located and appointed apartment. The system was well set up and easy. The system of phoning to open the door to the street was convenient

we only had one set of keys A little hook in the key safe would have made it easier to replace the keys

- Amazing localization - very busy during the day, close to historical city center, quiet enough during the night, close to our new favorite shop Coop. We did notice that neighbours upstair are a little heavy footed but night silence hours are respected. - Comfortable for 5 people - Everything was clean and prepared for our arrival (apartment looks like on photos) - Easy check-in once we figured out Italian building numering - AC! It's hot in here in April. - Overall quality was great - TV in each room was nice, you can connect them to your phone via cable to watch YT

- The only thing that was little annoying was ironing board which really needs new cover - Staircase is a little smelly but it's not affecting apartment

Central location close to main attractions with a short walk. Small unit with all facilities and well stocked with appliances. Easy and safe access.

Very thin walls and floors making it quite noisy, especially in the bedroom where you can hear people using the toilet behind whilst you are laying in bed. The water pressure in the shower isn’t very good and can’t use the kitchen sink and shower at the same time or the stream is minimal.

The terrace and windows were both lovely. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Easy walk to most major tourist attractions. AC in bedroom worked well.

The shower head needs to be replaced. The drain in the shower was slow to drain.

The property had ample space and the staff was cooperative with us.

It had too many stairs and we had big luggages so carrying them was bit of a task. The sofa bed is not comfortable and the property is old

to much keys and codes, not working. very dificalt checkin owner respond to question was delayed the appartment was dirty and neglected wifi was very low and restricted to small place in the appartment
