Beautiful hotel with amazing interior. Bus station is 5 min away to get to city center. Have parking place few hundred meters from hotel. The reception lady was exceptional advised some places to visit.

- Rooms are dated, mouldy silicone in bathroom, no noise insulation from hallway. Big space under door was letting pretty much light from hallway into our room during night. I blocked it with our shoes. - Entrance to hotel is just inconspicuous locked doors next to some restaurant and small nametag that was different than on booking. All you can see from those doors are stairs (you see reception after you get up those stairs). You need to ring the bell. - Breakfast was poor.

- The greatest receptionist I ever experienced. He reccomended attractions and explained how to get to them by public transportation very proffessionally. - Comfortable bed. - Paid parking was great, we had really big problem finding hotel with its own parking space in Florence and this was really good parking.

The bathroom was a bit small, but still functional. A bit more investment in bathroom accessories would have made everything feel just perfect. Also, the balcony could have been a bit cleaner. But overall, everything was more than okay.

Way better than the photos! The hotel has such a lovely Florence vibe—charming, warm, and welcoming. The staff were truly amazing across the board: the breakfast team was the sweetest, room service was incredibly kind, and reception was super helpful and friendly. I instantly felt at home here and would absolutely come back again. The breakfast was great, the room was super quiet, and I loved the interior design throughout. Honestly can’t believe this is only a 3-star hotel—it felt like so much more.

The shower is small. Very small. The stairs to enter are steep. The breakfast was basic, perhaps focus on a smaller selection carried out better. The pull out couch is very uncomfortable.

Anika was exceptional, she was friendly and helpful every time we saw her. She gave directions, assisted booking a taxi and gave a teller recommendations to local restaurants. The room was comfortable and large.

The breakfast was not available in the hotel due to renovations, but we received vouchers for a nearby café--which we didn't use because it wasn't convenient. We had to leave an hour early for city appointments because the bus service was unreliable due to roadwork and holidays. However, we received a reduction for these inconveniences.

The room was beautiful and comfortable and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

The hotel was good value for money , clean , very comfy bed and pillows . The personal gave clear instructions and they were very polite. The breakfast was very good . The elevator is very convenient if you have a big suitcase. Everyone was friendly and accommodating . Thank you , we had a short but very good stay!

it was super small, okay for one person. I feel like a second person in the same room would have felt too much

very cordial staff. it was right next to the bus stop. very cute place. it's far from center but you get the bus right outside so that's good and it also gives you a chance to experience local life. plus, the person coordinating with me helped me get from train station to the hotel on bus even though it was raining.

Our stay at Hotel Rosary Garden was simply awesome. We were travelling outside India for the first time with our 1.5 year old kid who was already a bit homesick. But the comfort and feel of the hotel took away all the travel and home sickness. The room was so cozy and clean and simply beautiful. The staff was were friendly and helpful. The location of hotel is also great with bus stop just in the walking distance. Breakfast was also great. There is nothing we disliked here. Would highly recommend the hotel especially for families with kids.
