Provides a coffee machine, but no comfortable way to actually connect it to the power…. Only one chair on the balcony… could’ve at least put a small table there or something. No elevator. Had to take all the bags to the third floor by myself.

This was such a lovely hotel, our favourite hotel of the 2 weeks we spent in italy. The room was very clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The view from the room and balcony was amazing! Breakfast each morning was varied, and they arranged a takeaway breakfast for early hiking days. We had dinner included and the quality and amount of food was incredible, very delicious too. A short walk into dobbiaco centre, and easy to walk to lake Dobbiaco. Lots of parking spaces outside, and an easy drive to lago di braies and tre cime.

I have mixed feelings. It was a decent stay, food was decent and well prepared, but the hotel has a mix of good and not so good staff. If you are a couple and wants to hike, you will enjoy. As a family with young children, I do not recommend, as the hotel does not offer much in terms of attractions for the little ones. There is no pool, playground is not particularly exciting. There was some confusion around the sitting at dinners and breakfast. I understood we were supposed to stay in one specific table the whole time, but in different days we were assigned to different tables at breakfast. One of the servers were very rude to my wife because of misunderstanding of where to sit. That’s not acceptable! If the hotel wants to make sure we know where we should sit, just put the family name on a tag

We stayed at the Penthouse and the view of the mountains is astonishing. Everything is very well taken care of and decoration and structure are very tasteful.

Beautiful hotel, everything seems to have been carefully designed and meticulously maintained. The restaurant serves very good food, and they had plenty of gluten free options to choose from. We had to leave early and they were kind enough to set up a special breakfast table for us at 5am.

Bed was a bit too short (with closed end) as I am tall and breakfast could be more diverse (no ham:-) ). Would say a bit too expensive, but probably not - I've booked the last room:-).

Very friendly and helpful staff, great views, easy parking and convenient to reach by car. Everything is very clean and all works great. The right word for the room is "cute" and it really gives a smile:-).

The hotel is quite comfortable and the suites very individual and well equipped. The hotel is a moderate walk to the town square, though it's along the roadside. Parking is on-site, both several covered spots, as well as an adjacent lot.

We loved everything. Super nice hosts, answer every question and help, perfect cleanliness. Excellent breakfast, prepared at the level of a 5-star hotel, comfortable mattress, warm, comfortable room, very beautiful design, amazing view from the window. There is such a cabin for the back that is very pleasant to sit there and warm your back. Highly recommended place

The location of the hotel is marvelous and we appreciated the high standards of everything. The room was super neat and the dinner\breakfast were one of the best we tasted in Italy with high quality. Staff were friendly and cooperative. We enjoyed our stay, it will not be our last visit and we highly recommend it.
