The place itself was sparkling clean, one can notice that the room was carefully decorated and all essentials were there. We also appreciated the availability of the property to proceed with the self check in by sharing with us the exact indications. The location is certainly convenient, not far from Termini station but, at the same time, placed in a quiet area, with enough bar and restaurants in the nearby.

The fact that there was only one key card, so as an early beginner of the day, was difficult to get out to get my coffee without awaking others or leave them without electricity. That’s a minor issue not to prevent to stay.

Everything was ok, Giovanna was very helpful, the location was nice, because was away from crowdy tourists, has awesome small coffees around, a metro and several bus stops close. A room for 4, clean and spacious.

The description on booking was a bit misleading like "1 queen bad and 2 twin beds". But it was more like "or". I was travelling with a friends and we sort of expected a bed on the lower level too. But it is minor...

Everything is reachable within walking distance. There are good places to have breakfast or dinner. The owner provided full support at every stage, what was highly appreciated.

Only thing i would say was the bathroom did always get quite humid after a shower, of coursewhen sharing a room you would want to get changed in the bathrooms after a shower and so it was still quite humid.

Very nice room, comfortable beds and good location too next to the tram to centre and near a metro about 15 minutes walk.

Although there was a window at the roof for the light to come in, there was no window that we could open to get some fresh air in.

I think the bathroom could use a good fan as it got quite humid in there when showering.

Rosso Cortese was wonderful. The high ceilings are remarkable. I also liked that the host was so quick to respond when we had an issue and quickly addressed it within only an hour of so of me messaging her. The beds were comfy and it was nice and quiet and in a residential neighborhood. The metro is also only a 6 minute walk away so that was wonderful for when we had to depart.

The wifi sometimes didn't work.

It's in a quiet part of Rome but at the same time there are plenty of shop/bars/restaurants near by. The metro is also very close by. And you also get a free coffee pod to make espresso everyday which is always a plus haha.

We could hear the whole conversation from our neighbors but otherwise it was a nice place to stay and visit rom .

The train which takes you straight to the airport is in 15 min walking distance. Easy check in . Room is nice and comfortable.

The walls were paper-thin—we could hear everything, from someone taking a shower to snoring and even people leaving the property, with doors slamming as early as 6:30 AM. I woke up several times during our stay. The bathroom ventilation wasn’t working, so it was always humid. We had to leave the door open to let the humidity out. The bed has a memory foam mattress, which some people may like, while others may not. If you enjoy it, it’s fine, but my friend doesn’t, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Overall, though, the bed was okay.

The security of the house was excellent. The first door resembled a gate with an electronic security mechanism. The location was great—bus 81 takes you to the city center, right next to the Colosseum, in just 15 minutes. A grocery store is only a minute away. The room looks very cozy. Additionally, the owner was very helpful and nice.😊

There was no individual bedroom, so 2/4 person slept on the sofas. There were a lot noises in the apartment.

Nice apartment near the centre of Roma, convenient for 2 or maximum 3 persons. We were 4 and stayed just for a night.

Everything was great, quick check-in and friendly welcome. The location is excellent, transport accessibility is super. We decided to park on the street nearby: later we parked underground 10 minutes away. The room is convenient for an overnight stay, there are accessories and everything you need. In the morning, coffee and the ability to prepare a light breakfast yourself. I recommend it for its convenience and practicality.

We had an amazing experience during our stay in Rome! The rooms were incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a unique, atypical design that added a charming touch to our visit. The location was ideal, with easy access to all major attractions, making it perfect for exploring the city (via Lodi Metro Station / bus). The area around the property had some lovely restaurants and bars, and the neighborhood felt safe, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. The host was absolutely wonderful – she was not only welcoming and friendly but also very accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage before check-in (early morning flight) so we could enjoy the city without carrying our bags around. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, style, and excellent hospitality in Rome!
