    Nothing, all good.

Loved staying at the Rota Suites, it's a great location in the nice end of town. The room is very modern and immaculately clean, with a lovely bathroom including a bath. The staff are extremely courteous, helpful and friendly - they couldn't have been nicer. Having the use of the sister hotel The Grand Riviera is an added bonus, being able to sunbathe on their boardwalk and swim in the sea made the holiday for us, good light bites and drinks available at reasonable prices too. (Handy little cafe next door to Rota Suites with the best coffee, cocktails and toasties) Thank you for a lovely stay we'd definitely come back and stay again!

The noisy person above Room 7 who cleaned and swept ridiculously early, clip clop back and forth! Bed is a little hard. Need to supply a washing up sponge and cloth so able to wipe down.

Nice to have a separate bedroom and a kitchenette. Lots of towels which was great. Good location to restaurants, local museum and Lemon grove tour. Super easy to walk into the centre of town and the train station to get buses and trains.

Suites are in a good location, but as Sorrento itself is so busy we couldn't use the balcony due to the street noise. No decent sized mugs or wine glasses.

Lovely staff. Spacious rooms and well equipped bathroom. Nice toiletries. Front door locked so very secure. Being able to use the pool and bathing platform (with a fee) at the sister hotel Grand Hotel Riviera.

Spacious, comfortable, well equipped apartment within easy walking distance of town centre and train station. Use of pool and swimming pool at sister hotel was an added bonus.

Kitchen could use a few more cooking pans / pots, but other than that everything was great.

Excellent location, quiet area, not far from a children's park too (ask reception for directions). The apartment was spacious and clean with great balcony space (we never used it though). Car parking is secure. Staff was fabulous and very helpful!

There was a tax charge at the end of our stay which i'd not seen mentioned when booking.

The location is very convenient for exploring Sorrento, we had a big car so it wouldn't fit in the carpark, we parked to the left straight on at the supermarket for 18 euros a day (24 hours) The staff are extremely helpful. Little bar next door that shows sports. It can be a bit noisy, like being on a racetrack as bikes and cars go past the front of the hotel non stop but that can be interesting watching the buses and cars in the evening on the balcony, the Italians just seem to park anywhere!!

Bed does need upgrading - it was hard and unstable. Please supply detergent and a small sponge to allow guests to wash up plates, cups etc. Sachets of instant coffee and tea bags would be welcome as well as sachets of salt and pepper and olive oil. For the price we paid that's not too much to ask.

Excellent welcoming staff (though not on site). Very nice modern apartment. We loved the place. Suite 6.

The traffic noise made use of balcony a time limited activity! The other noise came from chairs scraping on floors above- rubber stoppers an easy fix! Kitchen tiny but with determination and organisation can cook many things- well supplied w crockery and cooking stuff esp given its size.

The bed was excellent and when the shutters were down it was very quiet and we slept (too!) well. Bathroom lovely. Lots of fluffy towels! Staff excellent. Great supermarket and fish stall on same street (didn't try butcher). Would be good if staff could tell arrivals about local supermarket- much cheaper than the Deco in town and much better.

Parking was €15 a day and had to be paid in cash. Apartment was expensive (though everywhere is), particularly given the pool at sister hotel would have cost another €30 a day for us, and we didn't get a good view. Walk to town would not suit some people as it's hard with a buggy. Road system made it difficult to find without sat nav. Google maps has it placed further down the road and it's on a one way section of road. Stressful after a hairy drive from Naples airport. Little to fault the actual apartment and block. We felt it worked for us but was pricey... then again so was the whole of Sorrento!

Apartments are a short and fairly flat walk to town, but roads difficult to navigate - high kerbs, pavements just ending, scooters and cars driving at you - we managed OK and the whole of Sorrento is the same. Clean, modern, spacious and comfortable apartment. Kitchen made life easier, though a few extra bits would make life easier and local restaurants will make you not want to bother cooking (would highly recommend La Basilica). One bedroom apartment layout was fine for us with 4 & 2 year old. Little playground with cheap rides was very close by. Lady on reception was awesome and the kids adored her!

More furniture on balcony (only 2 chairs for a family of 4) Location on a noisy junction with busy traffic (although we accept it was a peak time of year in mid August). However, good access to town centre.

Bed was a little hard for me and whilst it wasn't too noisy it would help to put rubber tips on the legs of the chairs to reduce scraping on the tiled floor.

Location was good - just a short stroll into town. Very helpful staff and super clean with good kitchen facilities. As friends travelling together it was good to have separate sleeping areas rather than share a twin room.

Wish they would change the bath gel, it was impossible to get it out of the tiny bottles.

The location was convenient, close to the main square but on a quieter street. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were not cleaned daily but you had the option of changing your towels every day. Overall, great stay!

Be aware that the floor above is private flats and Rota cannot do anything about it if (as happened on one night) the residents above decide to throw a noisy party!)

Nice rooms, handy location for central Sorrento, car parking (albeit not for larger vehicles!)

There is a charge to use the swimming facilities at their sister hotel ( which is owned by the same person) I believe there are less then 10 rooms at the Rota suites so if everyone decided to go from rota suites for a swim at either the ocean or the pool, over crowding would certainly not be an issue. The beds are like rocks, very hard.

The room was large and spacious. The location is ok but still a bit of a walk to the town square. Reception staff were nice and spoke good english.

The kitchen unit was a bit too cramped and the wifi could be improved. However, what I really did not like is that given the premium price I still had to pay for laundry and parking.

Very helpful and friendly staff, nice location and flat.

The check in lady (not Rafaela) was not friendly and just went through the procedure like a robot.

We had three adults in a one bedroom suite with a privacy door. We had two balconies for unit 11 which was great. Rafaela at the front desk was super. The apt was very large and modern. Ten minute walk to main piazza and to train station, but not uphill. An easy, enjoyable walk.

Seriously bad problem with ants and I feel that out complaint was dismissed by staff members. Apartments full so no option to move. They just sprayed floor with any spray, didn't even offer to clean it. Asked if we had food lying about when we didn't have any food at all in the apartment. Also I would recommend the one bed apartment for more than just 2 people as the bathroom is in the bedroom.

Great location, well equipped apartment. God that you an pay to use the pool and beach and have breakfast in the hotels sister property.

Beautiful apartments at front of La Rota with view across Bay of Naples and a beautiful lemon grove in front of us. Very convenient location near town centre, good restaurants, shops and station. Use of the Riviera Hotel - it was too cold to swim when we were there but the terrace was beautiful . Very friendly staff and warm welcome.
