We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaHow we were charged for the water in the fridge when it was supposed to be complimentary. It’s bad enough you have to pay for everything extra. They should have water available in the kitchen not just for breakfast. Some of the staff weren’t very pleasant at the front desk unless they are really like that.
For me the location was nice but for 80 yr olds it’s a bit far from the water docks where you catch the taxis.

United KingdomVery little to complain about! Whilst it was not a cheap trip, the location reflected the price and the service was great- I was visiting Venice with my mother and due to mobility they made sure we were in an accessible room etc. A real treat!
The location is amazing- tucked just into an alley which leads into st marks square- perfectly central. The hotel is quite traditional in style, with marble and dark wood features but it was spotlessly clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good range of foods in the breakfast buffet- including eggs, cereals, bacon and sausage as well as pancakes, sweet pastries etc.

Location was brilliant. Next to San Marco Square and minutes walk to the vaporetto, shops and the grand canal. Room was upgraded to a suite which was a great surprise. Breakfast was very good!

United KingdomOnly thing I can mention which wasn't to much of an issue was the shower curtain didn't keep the water in the base so the floor got very wet
The staff were brilliant very friendly and super helpful. Location was ideal for both the square and also the Grand Canal for getting off the boat from the airport. Breakfast options were great and plenty of choice with good timings to head down. Room was a great size, lovely decor, powerful shower and the cleaners were great.

Good location, close to San Marco's Square. Beautiful and very clean room with a view of the canal and the gondolas. The staff was very helfull and polite. Very close there is a gondola's service and a little market.
