Very nice pool and garden. Friendly staff

Hotel and rooms are a little dated, bathroom very small. Lunch was dreadfull, therefore we skipped dinner! Breakfast was nice.

The landscape was great. Actually everything was great. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean comfortable and everything worked. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and enjoyed it. I would love to stay there again

The pool area is very nice, staff is polite and ample parking space. They have a restaurant with a Chef but you only have two options to choose from and not a menu. There is a supermarket 2mins drive from hotel.

The shower was very small and tight. In one of the rooms we had the fridge not working and the AC was not powerful. Breakfast was good but salty items were not enough for a family of 7 people.

We stumbled across this hotel as we were attending a wedding nearby but we were so lucky to find it! What a hidden gem in a beauty setting. The gardens and pool area are kept in well and are just gorgeous! The staff were so accommodating even helping my find a solution as I brought the wrong adapter from the UK to Italy. They also provided us with beach towels to take out for the day. The coffee at breakfast was lovely and our lunch and Apperol spritz were great too and very reasonably priced. Bed was comfortable - bathroom was huge! We had a fridge in the room which was great for storing and keeping drinks cool. I would highly recommend and would definitely visit again if we came back to the area. Thank you!

Excellent staff, made me a meal when I arrived late which was very welcome! Staff were extremely friendly and were able to accommodate a late check out!

Excellent staff that went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay particularly when it came to having breakfast delivered to the room as a surprise for my husband and when organising lunch and dinners

The room and bathroom was very clean. There was lots of parking. There was a lift and a vending machine for drinks and snacks. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well lit and there was a balcony.

The walls were extremely thin and a lot of sound could be heard from the corridor and other rooms. The room was very small, fine for 1 night but too tight for me to want to stay longer than that. The shower was absolutely tiny, a larger person would not fit inside. The seat of the balcony chairs were rusty so we didn't use them

the staff were really helpful and went out of their way to help. they even took us to another venue and picked us up as the local taxi service was poor.

Breakfast was very poor, cold eggs, bacon and sausages, no bar only a fridge with cold drinks. Nothing much around the hotel.

The staff were very helpful in arranging transport for us to a family wedding. Our room was very comfortable but others in our party who had booked a similar grade of room unfortunately were allocated inferior rooms. Lovely breakfast to suit all tastes. Convenient hotel to the town of Crispiano.

This hotel is used for parties and events. On the three nights out of the four that we stayed, there appeared to be large parties and consequently we were disturbed by loud thumping music until the early hours of the morning.

We enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing and calm. The staff is amazing and helpfull.

This beautiful hotel was absolutely fantastic, quiet and romantic, everyone was so friendly and amazing. The food was great. A big thank you to everyone but in particular Martina and Sarah who could not do enough for us!! Absolutely outstanding and exceptional service!!

Lovely staff, very quiet, and lovely pool area. Great breakfast as well. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the pool, it was a narrow balcony but beautiful view and relaxing to sit at night.

Dinner, 25 euro set menu, was not worth it. Room is not so big, there was no wardrobe. It was fine for us but not somewhere you would spend much time.
