Not knowing ahead of time, we were blown away with this hotel! We wanted a hotel near where our daughter is staying while she's studying in Rome. This turned out to be the very best hotel could have found anywhere in Rome. It is in a quiet neighborhood, the staff is professional in every sense of the word, and helpful and friendly. We were completely spoiled by the quality of this experience!

Stuff extremely trained and helpful in any aspect, breakfast food delicious, cool architecture and design materials. Location is above all expectations on the very top of the Aventine hill within walking distance to almost all point of interests and on the other hand in cozy silent hood.

I really have nothing negative to say about this hotel

This elegant little hotel is in the very central but quiet neighborhood of Aventino Hill. Sandwiched between the Tiber and the Circus Maximus, it is a perfect antidote to the crazy and crowded historical city center. You can walk to all the major sites easily as well as take advantage of Aventino sights like the Malta keyhole and the glorious Parco della Arancia with sweeping views of Rome. The rooms, gardens and communal spaces are very elegant and the perfect coffee or cocktail bar is right in the lobby. Breakfast was very good and starts early, at 7. They have sat least one sister hotel on the Hill as well, with a very good restaurant . We had a super early flight out at the front desk was very kind and arranged a car. I would definitely stay here again and again.

Location is idyllic, perched on top of the Aventine Hill. Every morning I awoke to birdsong. The area is very pretty and peaceful. Breakfast was beautiful and very generous every morning. My room was simply stunning. Everything had a touch of class. I loved the huge bath and the windows that opened onto the rear garden. The hotel is one of the most beautiful boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean and with incredibly helpful staff, I will be back.

Great stay at the great hotel. Images didn't do it justice; rooms look even better seeing them in person. Staff was wonderful, from the first moment to the last. Big shout out to the front desk staff and of course bar staff which was always on top of it and made are evening drinks enjoyable.

-We heard lots of noise from the hallways / foyer in our room. Had to use ear plugs to sleep. -It would have been nice to have some warm food options for breakfast.

-Staff was very pleasant -Great location, close to all the main sights. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful. -We loved the ambiance of the hotel. It has a cozy terrace and inner yard which is great for relaxing and having a drink in the evening.

Lovely, quiet neighborhood; clean, quiet hotel; professional, friendly staff; comfortable room. The breakfast was abundant and good, with cold cuts, cheeses, coffee and tea, juices, breads, sweets, and more. No hot dishes, and breakfast offerings were the same every day. Bring your own washcloth if you use one. A surface in the bathroom for putting clean clothes or toiletry items would have been nice. Toiletries were provided. The towel warmer, which came on morning and evening, was a plus! There was a kettle in the room, with instant coffee and tea. The mini bar fridge had room for a couple of our items. There are several small supermarkets in the nearby Testaccio district for groceries. The closest subway stop is Circo Massimo, about 15 minutes walk.

Not replensishing the coffee and milk in room?

Breakfast was ok if not a little busy dependant on time you went down but that said the staff were very quick to clear tables and top up everything. Was our wedding anniversary and the hotel delivered complimentary Prosecco, snacks & chocolates whchi was a lovely touch No matter where you stay in rom you are goung to WALK MILES and the hotel location was within 20mins of most areas of interest and a nice walk to be honest - No problem
