The accommodation is slightly dated but is perfectly reasonable for the price

Beautiful property. We were greeted on arrival to collect the keys to our room. The building has lots of character, the pool was clean and comfortable to lounge around with the excellent weather that we had during our stay in September. Our host Antonella was very friendly and helpful with recommendations with things to do and see in the area, including amazing local restaurant recommendations. The provided breakfast was very good and freshly baked every morning. I would highly recommend staying at Agriturismo San Francesco if you are looking to have a comfortable, quiet, relaxing stay in the Tuscan countryside.

This agriturismo is a perfect place to visit the region of Cortona, lake Trasimeno, Castiglion Fiorentino, and even Perugia or Assisi are not far. In a nice setting with splendid views over the surrounding plain and far hills, it features an excellent swimming pool to rest, sunbath and swim (about 15m length). Breakfast is very good, and the host Antonella is extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. She provided suggestions for visits and for extraordinary restaurants.

The hostess, Antonella, was charming and so hospitable. We were upgraded to an apt and so appreciated it. The views of the Tuscan countryside are stunning from her property. Swimming pool is well maintained and pristine. Accommodation inside is immaculate and homely. The breakfast is delicious and generous in quantity. Close to several pretty Tuscan villages and Cortona. Great location. Antonella was friendly and gave helpful tips of sights, local restaurant nearby which was superb. Highly recommend this for a base in Tuscany.

Lovely setting and great hosts. We chatted for quite a time on arrival. The building is a traditional farmhouse, converted for Agriturismo and is lovely. The host was very helpful in recommending a local restaurant, which worked very well too, superb food.

it has a medium level breakfast. there was no warm breakfast. too much mosquitos. you need to take before and the after bite spray to protect your body. the mosquito’s bite on my legs got infected very bad.

if you are sleeping in the main house , you can't cook, bc there is no open kitchen :)

Great location for exploring Tuscany, great host (good advices for exploring and restaurant recommendation), excellent breakfast, nice clean pool. Possibility for charging your EV. We will be back for sure.
