There was a fiew of people in hotel (2-4) therefore we had bad breakfast. For example: we had got a yesterday’s cold omelette was heated with microwave. When we had been here 7 day early we have no problem with it.

Good quality bad. Large size room for 3 people. Underground parking

The parking is in share with the petrol station area.

The Hotel is is not in a good location - near a petrol station parking - but was conveninent for my business travel. The room are large, very clean and modern, bed confortable and Air conditioning work very fine. Breakfast good.

Hotel located in industrial area behind garage. Our stay over a public holiday meant that the restaurant was not open for dinner.

Receptionist was very helpful. Garage parking under the hotel was good. Hotel was smart and modern without being in the luxury bracket. Room was comfortable and well equipped.

The beds are a bit to soft for my taste

The hotel was really a great value for money, breakfast was amazing, rooms were very clean, the cleaning ladies folded our pajamas perfectly. The WIFI worked perfectly. Parking in the garage is included in the room fee.

Housekeeping, bar & reception staff were great! Helpful and polite. Some housekeeping staff went out of their way to help too. Rooms are big for a double & a single room.

It's on an industrial estate so if you are wanting a taste of Torino may feel far out. But only a 20 minute drive away.

We ended up staying at this hotel at the last minute after our car broke down on the motorway nearby. The staff went out of their way to help us find a garage by helping us ring round and they even offered for the mechanic they helped us find to come to the hotel so they could translate what work needed done. Really helpful friendly staff!

The location is horrendous if you're not specifically needing to be in Beinasco. It's not the hotels fault really, but as someone who searched hotels in Turin, the booking.com site suggests this as a hotel, when in actual fact this hotel is located in an industrial estate, with a petrol station at the front (not seen in pictures), and at night there is road noise, and you cannot open the window. Also if you do open the window, along with the road noise, you also get a disturbing smell of burning rubber, presumably from the industrial businesses that are nearby. The restaurant is very overpriced, and whilst the service is good, the food (both taste and portion) isn't particularly amazing, especially for the price, and whilst the ingredients quality was fine, it was certainly on the higher side. The walls of this hotel are also quite thin, which means doors slammed, toilets flushing and various other noises are only too audible (sometimes embarrasingly!). The transport links into the city centre aren't the best, and took me 3 buses, and you're looking at approximately 1 hr 10 mins to get in. Also the cost of the taxi from the hotel to the airport was 60 euros (I should've booked it with the associated hotel operator whcih would've been a fixed 50 euros).

Decent staff, helpful enough when needed. The bed and room was comfortable, with a mini fridge. The bathroom was fine, adequate enough and clean. Breakfast was ok, had continental options, but no hot options which would've been nice. There is a commercial centre nearby which was essential for basic food and drinks
