The hosts were very welcoming and kind. The breakfast was great. The hotel was beautiful with original frescos but also felt updated and very clean. The location was perfect to explore both sides of the river and felt safe. In a bustling city, San Pier was a quiet and charming place to rest.

What a treasure we found in Florence! So grateful we chose to stay here. Our room was so lovely and comfortable, and the place was so well located to everything in Florence. And our hostess, Martina, was so wonderful. The breakfast is excellent, especially the homemade cakes by Martina’s mom! We’d absolutely stay here again!!! Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Wonderful stay. Great convenient location. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts were amazing, going above and beyond to help us. Breakfast every day was delicious! Loved everything about our stay here.

The property was great really elegant felt very Florence with all the frescoes and attention to detail great home cooked food for breakfast and lots of other nice things like fresh fruit all together an amazing stay

There’s not I didn’t like

The history, the fantastic decoration , the style, the host, the breakfast, the coffee, the location, the greeting we received. The outdoor terrace on the room we stayed in.

No detrimental comment on the lovely accommodation. I’m not a big fan of mosquitoes , now I don’t get complacent and open windows in the early morning.

Beautiful building with a lot of history. Air conditioning throughout. You stay in rooms that lead into a common area (kitchen, dining / breakfast room and hallway). Had everything you need. Breakfast was incredible and home made food by the family who run it. Staff very helpful and friendly.

It was in a wonderful location. The owners are wonderful and the building is beautiful and historic.

Stayed here two years ago and glad for the return. Breakfasts are excellent with homemade cakes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent with good recommendations for meals nearby

Very clean, cosy and spacious room. Definitely had the Florentine feel. Martina was the perfect host. Breakfast was varied daily and introduced the local fresh produce.

Our hostess was so accommodating and kind We arrived later for check-in than we had stated and she graciously met us. She gave us pointers for our short visit, and even arranged taxi's for us. The breakfast was delicious. We only wished we had slated more time at this venue. The accommodations are beautiful.

The google map was not accurate and we spent way too long a time trying to find the venue. This was very frustrating. Better directions would be very helpful.

So warm and welcoming, helped us with our luggage so fun getting up to a beautiful breakfast felt like I was at a best friend‘s home delicious cappuccino. Everything was perfect!! Highly recommend

The stay, the location, the attention to details was amazing. We loved being close to everything but just far enough away from the crowds. We were well taken care of and highly recommend.

Beautiful unique property with original paintings from centuries ago. It was very quiet, super well located, the staff were very nice and super helpful. Felt like home!

Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable to relax in. The common area kitchen was fantastic, as was the breakfast each morning. Both Martina and Mirko were excellent hosts. Very helpful and pleasant. Would highly recommend this B&B. It exceeded all our expectations.

Friendly welcome, room was ready on early arrival,beautiful room,lush/lux decor. Big bathroom, rainfall shower,big fluffy towels. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Only neg which is miner.. Our room was near breakfast area so subject to a little noise early morning and we had no frescos on the wall in this room..
