We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location, beautiful views of the bay. Lovely reception staff and a nice breakfast. You drop off your bags and then you can park for free a short walk away which is excellent as parking is at an absolute premium in this resort.

So, the room was amazing in that it was incredibly well thought out with plenty of storage options to make luggage and clothing disappear. Very clever use of space. And then there is the balcony overlooking the Med. You are perched over the water and we sat there in the rain for a day and a half watching the windblown spray crash and Yachts come into the bay to hide...add a couple bottles of wine, cheese and other snacks and it was a great way to deal with the rain. Friendly and accommodating staff as well.

GermanyCleaning of the restaurant is problematic where we saw many plates ready to use are dirty. Besides, breakfast can be improved further because we could not find cheese, olive, tomato, etc. which are the basics of breakfast universally.
Location next to the seaside with a great shore. Hotel Staff was also quite nice and supportive. Cleaning of the room was also one of the strengths of the hotel.

I found Hotel San Terenzo the last minute during a storm after several days of traveling. It was a lovely place to rest and enjoy the sea. The staff were kind and the breakfast was exceptional. I liked it so much I stayed an extra day.

The location was perfect. We could imagine that in the height of summer, it would be busy and a little too noisy for our liking. Going in October has been lovely and gentle with tranquil walking along the seafront to the restaurants in the evening. The sunset snd sunrise were perfect and having a seafront room with a balcony made it all that much more delightful. The room was very well laid out and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was amazing - hot and powerful. Breakfast was really lovely and we were really impressed with the choice for a gluten free diet (with one of us being a coeliac). Decent Schar bread on offer, not just breadsticks, crispbreads and rice cakes which seems to be majority of lots of other hotels.

I just loved my stay here with my family. I was there for 2 days of stay however it was such a pleasant experience that we extended our stay there for another 2 days. The staff is amazing and the Hotel Manager Lara is super pleasing lady. The hospitality is to next level where you would always have people available for your questions and support with a smile. For me this is a must place to stay when travelling La Spezia. The view of the room and the location brings you more energy and makes it more exotic experience for you and your loved ones.

Russiait was +30 the room was on sunny side and AC didn't work + dj was playing on first floor of property quite loud, dude on reception said AC is not working because its restricted by government these month and he can't do anything about dj because it's not their part of building, he refused to change the room as well, I asked to call seniors but he said they're not responding, I agreed with dj to lower bass, did it myself. This guy on the reception was useless thus smiling, I hate this being honest, I was driving from Lombardia pretty all day and couldn't recreate.
hotel is situated pretty well on the first line to the sea, lady on the reception was really nice to us, helped with parking etc breakfast was poor but ok, I'd mark hotel as 3 stars.

SloveniaNot really 4 star hotel. The strff is really frendly, but on the other side the parking is 10 min away. The rooms not owerlooking the sea have blurred window - you can't see out, which is disturbing. No other extras in the hotel like gym, bar, coffe maker...
At the sea, very good sun deck / terrace, really friendly staff.
