It was a bit noisy at Saturday night until about 1 o’clock, but it was expected. Ot Sunday night there was no problem. We were staying in room with garden view, not street view.

Sparkling clean, clear instructions for check in, everything was as described. We arrived late at night and on the next morning there were already cleaning service.

The location was perfect, a walking distance from the harbour and city centre. Perfect starting point for exploring the city. Very clever and innovative way of check in online. Also having alexa in the room was a nice touch. The room itself was nice and clean, bed comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Stefano checked in with us multiple times to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything. We definitely can recommend this place for a city trip to Naples.

Never saw a staff member over a 4 day stay. The person that was responding to us via WhatsApp didn’t respond to every question. The windows don’t cancel out any noise so we didn’t get much rest.

It was nice. The room looked beautiful and spacious. The room and bathroom were very comfortable. The closet was awesome you can actually unpack and have a tidy room. The parking was exactly what they said and the staff there were fantastic.

The apartment is beautiful! It’s updated with high ceilings. The shower was incredible and the location as well. The property manager is very communicative and made the check-in process seamless, even though we got in very late. We just wish we had more time to enjoy the beautiful apartment in the amazing location. They even had a small bottle of champagne waiting for us in the fridge.

Accommodation was excellent, comfortable big bed, excellent size bathroom, big wardrobe. Daily water supply, coffee and great toiletries. Location is excellent with 10min walk to every site of interest including ferry, train station, and historic centre. Service was superb. Highly recommended.

The room was very nice and comfortable. It was well-equipped, with bathroom amenities, slippers, and many other thoughtful details that made our stay pleasant. The owner was extremely kind and accommodating and he even allowed us to leave our luggage in the reception after check-out until we left the city. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay in a very spacious and beautifully furnished room, located in a stunning historic Neapolitan building. The room was both luxurious and full of character. Everything was spotless, including the shared areas, and the air conditioning worked perfectly — essential during the hot summer days. The place was also quiet at night, which made it easy to rest. This will definitely be our go-to accommodation whenever we return to Napoli.

the property has an elevator but it’s hasn’t been working for quite awhile. the property is on the 2nd level so we needed to carry the luggages up 3 level of steps. the property personal didn’t mention anything to mentally prepare us.

Got upgraded to a better room, and that was a pleasent surprise from host. The location was perfect it was close to everything. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Whenever we came back from the trip around the city room was cleaned. Check in and check out was easy and understable. The host was always ready to help with any questions either about the room or city. Even tho the windows faced the street noises were not so bad with windows closed so it didn’t bother us.

I really liked the hotel, it was in a safe location which meant walking around in the evenings was really good. The hotel is also in walking distance to nearly everything I wanted to see and right by a few train stations. The room was always clean and the people in the rooms around were respectful with noise so I didn't have an issue there. The stay was made better by being able to message Stefano whenever I needed throughout my stay for anything hotel related and to do with getting around Naples/tips. He was quick to respond and always very helpful which made it great when travelling alone.

I could not for the life of me figure out how to control the AC/heat so it was very warm, I just left the window ajar.

Great location, only a quick metro ride away from the main train station or a 30 minute walk along a busy street with loads of small stores. Also only about a 10-15 minute walk away from the coast. The check in instructions can seem a little overwhelming once you get there but its a simple process, rooms were very modern and clean, complementary water and snacks was a huge plus.

Does NOT have a parking place, although we placed the "booking.com" search restriction to select only properties with parking. Parking costs 25 Euro per 24 hours at two parking places where Stefano has established agreements for this reduced price (if the car is small; a medium size car will be charged 30 Euro). In those parkings you must leave the key of the car and the drivers must move cars all the time to make place for the entrance and leaving if cars. We observed one driver of the parking place scratch a small van against a wall. So be aware that these parkings (probably all parkings in the nearby) have these limitations.
