Apartment was in the best location in San Gimignano with amazing view of the Duomo. Apartment was very well equiped with everything you could need for your stay and bed was very comfortable. Our host was super friendly and informative and spoke fluent English. Loved everything about our stay in San Gimignano

Would prefer a walk in shower instead of a shower inside a bath tub but it was acceptable

This was an amazing apartment. We easily found parking just outside the walls and were amazed by the homeliness of this place, with a welcome basket and supplies in the fridge which kept us fed for each meal. The view was to die for!! Everything was perfect 🥰

Our host Giulia was one of the highlights of the stay, as she was extremelly available, friendly and a great resource for a perfect stay in town. The welcome ammenities with items for the 1st dinner and breakfast was a super welcome UPG for us. I absolutely recommend this property and the host. Its also right accross La bottega del Sale, the towns greatest Tuscany photograph shop.

Early weekend morning street cleaning, may weak up the light sleepers.

Our host Giulia was very communicative prior to and during arrival. Giulia also messaged us during our stay and on departure day to ensure we were happy. A special surprise was the dinner (pasta, meat, cheese), breakfast and snacks for us. We enjoyed a night in with a local bottle of vino - lovely.

It was incredible to be able to stay right in the centre of the old town in this historic building right on the Piazza del Duomo. Such an amazing experience. In every photo of San Gimignano you can see the shutters of this apartment! It was very easy to park outside the city walls in Via Cappelletti where there was free street parking and walk for ten minutes with a suitcase each to the apartment from the nearby city gate. Communication with our host was excellent. As others have mentioned there was lovely food and drink provided for us in the apartment which was hugely appreciated.

Best location in the city. The atmosphere is charming and the apartment is very sweet. Our host was very generous in providing breakfast and snacks in the full kitchen. You could not ask for a better place to stay in San Gimignano!

Location was great! Quaint and cute apartment with a lovely welcome dinner of pasta and sauce.

Bathroom had a moldy smell and it was tough to take a shower without getting water all over the floor.

Splendid location in the center of the historic San Gimignano. Giulia, our hostess, was so attentive and also provided some very generous treats upon our arrival. The condo. was spacious, very clean and comfortable.

Fantastic location overlooking the Duomo!

The apartment is well located, very clean, comfortable, stylish and thoughtfully presented. Great care is shown towards guests being comfortable and catered for. There are goodies in the kitchen to make a simple meal and a filling breakfast. The information booklet is comprehensive and includes emergency details. Guila helped us find a driver to return to the train station during a national transport strike. As expected in this medieval town there were some steps to the apartment but you are rewarded with spectacular views over the Piazza Duomo. We wish we had stayed for more than one night!

Unfortunately there were some problems with the shower prior to our arrival which delayed our check in. Giulia kept us well informed about the repairs during the day though. The water wasn’t overly hot when we stayed. The shower is over the bath and we had some trouble keeping water from splashing onto the bathroom floor.

The atmosphere of looking down on the square and the action that comes with it. Comfortable bed and extra pillows. The adapters for putting devices into. Well equipped. Owners let us put our bags in early and take them up for us. Your instructions in the apartment were greatly appreciated and well thought through from a travellers point of view.. Thanks for the stay. Quiet sleep had. Liked the lounge throw rugs nice touch.

Yes we knew it was old world but as travellers of two months we need space to spread out a little. Suggestion you do not need the table and chairs in the bedroom or the big orange cloth lamps in both the lounge and bedroom. Yes there is lots of stairs but we knew that.

This cozy, charming more traditional Italian apartment was in the most amazing location overlooking the Duomo Piazza. It really was the most fabulous spot - everything was close by, a great bar, shops, gelato, all within a stones throw. Parking was outside the walls and could be a bit of a challenge but is doable! The apartment was clean, a comfortable bed and there was welcome goodies in the fridge! Thank you Giulia for a fabulous wee place to stay in the heart of gorgeous San Gimignano!

The only thing I wished there was, was aircon or even a fan as it was very warm at night!

We loved the very central location! The host, Giulia, had created a great space, nice little LR and sitting area with table and chairs with view of the Piazza del Duomo. Great kitchen with moka coffee pot, easy to use. Giulia left great treats for us, seasonings, fantastic kitchen! Nice bedroom with comfy bed. I’d like fluffier pillows. And some soap in shower.

Excellent location overlooking the main square and set in a historic tower. The host was very helpful and shared very useful information about the town and the surrounding area. The tower is very fun and quirky, apartment guests have free access to the roof at any time as well.
