We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location wad unbelievable, walking distance to whenever you wanted to go. Short walking distance from San marco Dock to the hotel when arriving on boat from the airport.

United StatesOutdated hotel with old furniture. Bed was not that comfortable. Because it was close to the square and our room was right on the alley, the noise at night was bothersome.
Excellent location, by the San Marco Square! We were able to explore San Marco Square at night because of this and there weren’t too many people unlike in the daytime. Location wise, this hotel is simply one of the best options. Hotel staff also helped us out with getting a water taxi the day before we left.

United StatesThe property is due for a major renovation. I realize Venice is a year round destination but the inside of the hotel, furniture is very dated. I get the whole Venetian theme but you can at least update the carpet, drapes and mattress.
Excellent location. Very helpful staff. The bathroom is well maintained considering the property should start changing at least the carpet.

Fabulous location just off St Mark's Square. Our room was clean and comfortable at the top of the building, not suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties but there was a lift available and I am sure rooms near the lifts could be requested, We booked last minute so we were very happy that we could be accommodated. The staff were pleasant and helpful, we had our dinner at the hotel which was lovely and the bar staff were extremely kind and helpful. We will definitely stay again if we visit Venice,
