The apartment was clean and had furnishings in good condition. I liked the little balcony. The reception desk , although staffed remotely, worked efficiently.

To park you have to find a spot off the street within a blue line. It costs 2.20 per hour between 8 and 18. No fridge in the room 😕 The air conditioning only had an on/off button and was preset at 23 degrees - also it seemed to be running on a timer for 4 hours(?) - after that it had to be switched on again.

It was very clean, and the staff was very helpful. I liked the little balcony. Even though it is not located in the city center, we were able to reach everywhere with bicycles in the city. It was very quiet around here.

I would prefer a double bed rather than two single beds joined together. But it wasn’t a big problem.

I would like to thank the hotel for accommodating my special request regarding the arrival time. Although in the end we couldn’t check in earlier due to a change in our plans, I truly appreciate that the hotel made this option available. I would also like to highlight how easy it is to stay in touch with the hotel - all questions are answered promptly and without delays. The hotel is clean and well-kept, with daily housekeeping, fresh towels, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Many thanks

good value for money. we stayed for a night, very smooth check in and check out. very quiet area. we needed a place close to the airport, clean and affordable and this was just the place.

no fridge in our room

The room was great and comfortable, I really appreciate the simplicity and good shower after a long day walking around. Grazie! Pd: the coffee in the room was a very nice detail.

Bad location and dangerous by night. The receptionist did not speak English and it is possible to see a receptionist in another hotel in big screen which was very weird. In the 1st floor we can hear everyone who came to the hotel because the door noise was very loud. People were not friendly and yell at the corridors by night (3 and 5am).Based on our experience I would not recommend it.

Quiet area

Remote check in, was not expecting that. I’m glad my phone was charged and I was able to dial out. If not, I would have been locked out and unable to check in because the “ reception “ is only open from 15:00-20:00 in the afternoons. I didn’t appreciate a random “staff” member almost walking inside my room, unlocking the door with his keys without authorization. I was told it was a “mistake”……. This place has a “big brother is watching you “ vibe. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

It was comfortable ,warm water, towels,coffee.
