Very old, hair on the bed sheets, dust on the crusty curtains, mold on the ceiling due to leakage. Scum around the shower and a spider cloned out of the bed. In a ghetto location that appears in disarray and unsafe. Price was the same as a great hotel we found about 30 min away. Do not chose this property or you will end up getting out fast, as we did. The guy at the counter tried to help but not much he can do with such an old building and no maintenance in it.

Not one this. Very very old and dirty.

The location wasn’t good, there is a station nearby but you need to get one line, walk for some minutes and get another line to go to city center.

Everything was clean and organized. The breakfast was good. The staff was kind.

The rooms are not painted for long time

Was perfect because it's a bus stop in front and bring you to town I couldn't understand the staff . It was only one who can speak a bit of English but rest of them don't know a bit ( that why I never went for breakfast )

The people at the reception were not really friendly. Nobody was speaking English, nor Spanish nor French nor German which is ok but don't act angry then... The wifi was REALLY slow I had to use 4G from my phone instead.

The bed was nice & big enough.

Very difficult to get from the hotel to the city center by metro (metro lines A and C are not connected and have long walking distance between them). Difficult to get to the hotel by public transport from the airport Champino. Always have to use taxi. Bathroom was old with old tiles (not as shown on the pictures in booking. We were dissapointed by the room, especially the bathroom. I think the hotel is not adequate for the price. Stuff at the reception couldn't advise us in English in using transport or other information.

The Place needs some updating, but works just fine.

Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly and nice size rooms. Pretty easy to get to the Centro Storico. Quiet area, given that there is a hospital across the street. But not much to see or go to close by really.

Location will be better after metroline C is finished, now it took lots of time to go anywhere and needed to use taxi too often.

The neighbourhood is awful and dirty. No nice restaurants to spend a nice evening.
