I chose this hotel only because it has swimming pool. I arrived at 17h on saturday afternoon and i learned that the pool is closed from 18h on saturday and the whole sunday. It was really disappointing as i booked only for 1 night!!

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was satisfactory.

It's clearly a bit run down and maybe past it's glory days, has a 70s feel, could do with sprucing up. Breakfast was a bit lacking. Area is nice but not near the centre, it's about a 15-20 minute walk from the nearest metro stop (quite a pleasant walk through Parco Nord though) and then a few stops to the city centre.

Well equipped room with lots of amenities such as a kitchenette. Hotel had a gym and pool though I didn't use them as well as a restaurant. Friendly staff

The room was very spacious. Friendly staff. Not a lot of kitchen facilities but enough to cook something. Comfortable and good value for money, considering Milano is not cheap. Very close to Legend Club - we booked this hotel because we were going for a concert. A lot of parks.

The place is clean, but in desperate need of some refreshment - furniture is *very* used, bathroom is clean but the facilities are worn. Shower produces a minimal amount of water. The breakfast did not provide much choice and was pretty basic.

The area is quiet, the room in the 6th floor overlooked a large park to the North. Neighbourhood is pretty residential, but a small number of basic restaurants are within 5 minutes walking distance. A bus line stops very close to the hotel, so that the city center is ~20 min by public transport.

Pretty difficult to find arriving in the dark. Staff didn’t speak English (and English is my 2nd language!). Smoking rooms 🤯. Decor from the seventies. Would not stay again.

The hotel location was in suburbs, not well connected with the public transportation. It is 40 mins from the main train station. The hotel is rustic, the apartment that was given was on 2 floor, ancient furniture, not properly lit, a small window for . The furniture was rustic, the bathroom taps were ancient. The star rating of 4 for this hotel is a lie. It should be rated as 1 star, not worth listing.

There was nothing to like. The hotel was rustic, in the lobby. The apartment had terrible beds, ancient furniture that looked unsafe to even sit. The breakfast was not nice. No choice of food.

A terrible smell in all facilities, I felt sick in the room one could not breathe. I had to keep the windows open (in December) to let some air in before I could sleep. I used a wet towel to try to breathe but was not enough was it the smoking or dust or something else it was unbearable. I have never suffered from allergies for dust ... the apartment was 'clean' otherwise but very poor condition, not certainly to use a bare kitchen that has probably 50/60 years .. same goes for the bathroom .. zoom pictures to see.. breakfast was basic, again in a smelly room.... terrible facilities.. avoid!

The breakfast was very poor, and the guy serving in the restaurant is not nice, he refused to me to take my yogurt with me, an refused to give another coffee telling that this is the rule but it iwas written nowhere, he was not friendly at all Far from the center only one tram line and was some suppressions due to vacation

Stayed for 2 days only. everything was perfect nothing worth to complain about. The staff was very helpfull with whatever we needed and they were talking fluent english. The breakfast was really decent for its price. When i am back at milan ill stay there again for sure!!

Rooms - clean, but furniture needs to be upgraded. Felt like in 1980’. No duvets, only throws! The room was not welcoming and we did not feel comfortable. Breakfast - please review the offer as soon as possible. It was very poor.

It is not a hotel, and should not be advertised as such. Only hard single beds. We booked it because of the advertised swimming pool - but never got to use it as it closed before we got there on Saturday, and was closed all day Sunday. We think the pool is a shared facility with the hospital, and the accommodation is used for out-patient accommodation.

Very good location and great value for money, the was clean, the bed comfortable, swimming pool area not busy and good for relaxing.Bus stop in 2min walking and front of the hotel. Breakfast was good too.

The bed and pillow were extremely uncomfortable. It felt like I was sleeping on a rock. The room was very outdated and felt a little bit like a hospital room. The hotel was quite farther from the Milan Central Station than I anticipated. Public transportation isn’t great to get there and there was still a 7 minute walk from the bus and tram which can feel like a lot when you are hauling suitcases.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice. The staff was friendly.

Well apportioned small suite which exceeded expectations. Real neighborhood feel. Continental breakfast was served in charming dining room and was adequate. Staff friendly and caring. Could walk to metro or tram.
