The only negative for us is that the host keeps your change when you pay. They didn't give us change both times we stayed even though we asked. They make you pay in cash, so make sure to bring exact change so they don't steal from you.

Great central location, air conditioning worked perfectly (a must in the summer), and the room was very comfortable.

It will be good to add an iron, something to hang the towels. The ventilation in the bathroom makes a little noise.

It was clean, simple, ideal for short staying. Carmine was very friendly and made it easy for us to check in earlier.

Towels are not changed. The maid changed the sheets every day, but we had the same towels for seven days. We had no INTERNET for the last two days.

There was a fridge on the hall and we didn’t know if we could use it or not so it was a bit problematic. The bathroom smelled really bad because of the ventilation.

It was really new and the style was pretty modern. The room was clean, there was a clime and a small tv. There was a big space in the room and we had big beds. It was close to the main street and a supermarket.

Oozing water from floor in bathroom. If someone flushes toilet upstairs u hear the water rushing in the pipes in midnight and can be awaken from sleep.

It was hot when we arrived, the air conditioning was poor and didn't work properly, the dripping tap was not a big issue but was annoying. It was a shame that the apartment had so much potential.

The host was excellent. The communication was really excellent. An agreement was also possible regarding check-in and check-out. He also met us at the end and kept our luggages in the accommodation until the time of flight. Everything was as in the pictures and better. The room was clean, tidy, with all necessary facilities. The bathroom was also great. The room has air conditioning, WiFi and a TV and they work great. The room also has a terrace. The noise is almost inaudible. The accommodation is in an excellent location, close to metro stations, close to the old part of the city itself.

I wish we had more directions from the host, he seemed nice but in a hurry. Kettle was not usable and internet kind of doesn't work. didn't like the nearby area -very bussy and noisy alley, but the little street is just ok and the interior of the building fantastic.

I booked it last minute and got immediate confirmation at 11 PM. Host was nice, wish we had more time. The room felt extremely clean, polished and I really appreciated someone turned on the AC on 23 - I never use it but it was much needed in Napoli. Bed linen, towels, toilet paper..everything was there. I had zero problem with noise, just normal city sounds. They could add some rolletes to darken the room, but the room is not on a big street, the tiny window terrace is shared with a neighbour and sun enters in the morning. It's not a bad location at all, I would just not chose it for children. In the end we needed more than one hour to reach the place from the airport with public transport and we didn't get lost. Google says differently. Conad behind the corner, metro on the main street and train station 15 minutes walking away, on a busy street.

The host met us at the property, communication was amazing so thank you!!! let us store our bags there prior to check in. We didn’t have cash out for them when we arrived so let us pay the day later once we had cash out. Didn’t expect the room to get serviced while we we there but they did so that was nice. Shower was great after being at places that had broken showers. Thank you for the stay.

The host doesn't speak English well. He is pleasant and accessible, but the problem with English affects communication.

Person responsible for cleanliness is phenomenal. In addition to the basic maintenance of cleanliness, the clothes we left on the bed were neatly folded, the suitcase and shoes were put aside, the hygiene products and toiletries also put in order. Much more then you would expect. Also, apartment is tucked away and away from noise.
