Some members of the staff were simply rude and impolite. Not enough chairs at the pool. Fotos on the website do no faithfully represent the pool area which in reality is small and crowded.

Bicycles were freely offered. The owner of the property is on site and very friendly and this unlike some members of the staff.

Some of the fixtures and fittings in the bathroom were battered and worn - but nothing too bad.

Big Buffet Breakfast with fresh pancakes, kids wont be disappointed ! Great outdoor pool and lounge area, attached to a pool bar where you can relax with beer when the heat gets too much. There is an indoor pool as well but this looked small. Table tennis and pool snooker downstairs. Free bikes for 3 hours but this is more a guide to be fair to other guests, you need grab the bikes before 930. Air conditioning worked well - we needed it as temps were very high. Buffet restaurant for 18 Euro a person is well worth checking out - its 4 courses. Great for Teenagers. Location is off the beach (about 100 meters), from there you can walk to the old town along the beach. Couldn't recommend the location more highly.

It would have been better to be closer to the centre of Riva, which was a half hour walk, to spend more time in the Old Town. The busses were not frequent but we're on time. We would have liked to be on or much closer to the lake and had a room with a lake view instead of our mountain and car park view.

Everything was fine -our room was fine, our shower over the bath was a bit awkward, the food was fine, the pool area was fine, the staff were excellent. The drive from Verona Airport on the Autostrada was ok but we had looked at Google maps beforehand and it took just one hour. The ferry trip from Riva to Limone and Malcesine was a great day out. The views of the lake and mountains are stunning.

This was a fantastic hotel. Our room was roomy and well equipped. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was outstanding with a full array of anything you could want and some items cooked to order. There was also an afternoon "teatime" that included tasty pastries and tea and coffee options. Additionally there was a bar with some evening entertainment on some of the nights. A very prime location which is a short walk from the beautiful lake. It was a very nice place to be! Highly recommended. Easy covered parking available and pet friendly!'

The evening meals were a bit basic, for example chicken Milanese style came with a handful of crisps!! But we were on a b & b rate and breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the centre of town via the road or lake side walk.

The waiters... The hotel had a particular system at breakfast. The majority of guests had reserved tables. We as couple did not. The waiters were rather rude when we asked for tables. I'd recommend the hotel to have either a person at the entrance guiding every guest to their seat or allocate an area of tables allocated to our type of travellers.

Location & room were all good

The outside pool closes at lunch time and then reopens only until 7 p.m. Also, indoor pool and spa close at 7 p.m. The room was not comfortable for the money paid. It was very small and had very old furniture (tv and matress) Average breakfast, not value for money

Small familiyrooms - even though it was a room for 4 persons we only got 3 beds and a very small extra bed. Beds were not so comfortly.

Very nice swimmingspool area and garden. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Close to the beach.

Rooms have wooden floors, so you hear every step of your neighbors from the upper floor. The walls are also very thin and you actually hear people talking from the next rooms. It's also old stylish and needs renovation.

The hotel is cloced to the town center and has easy access to the main street. The breakfast was great and both indoor & outdoor swimmimg pools availble and in well maintained.

Logging into the wi-fi was not overly succesful! Might be a little too family orientated for business travellers, but as predominantly a holiday destination this should not deter anyone.

Good family hotel with excellent pool area. Breakfast good quality and plentiful.15 minutes walk to old town but close to lake and local restaurants and bars too. Set back from main street so not noisy. Free coffee and cake late afternoon and early evening happy hour very reasonable.

There was no bad experience what so ever...Tip: Just watch out for the lift doors.. sometimes they come to life and try to kill you.. but apart from that all good :)

Staff was amazing... very friendly and helpful. Location is great. True value for money. Pool and sauna facility is good. The food is one of the best in Garda! Staff did not accept any tip on multiple occasions and were just glad to help us out.
