Paper cups for the hot drinks in the room. It was great to have a kettle, but paper cups were not replaced after day one. We got some proper glass mugs from the kitchen bar area (the property is not staffed all the time so there is noone to ask) and used those but they were also removed each day. It's a small detail but that's why I gave it 8 out of 10

Perfect room, great view across the city. Loved that it is very secure entrance and building. Friendly staff, very helpful. Check in details all very smooth as we arrived late. Great outdoor terrace. Location ideal for everything and a supermarket next door. Beautiful building.

The lift.

Excellent location, close to the Arena and all main attractions. We liked the fact that we were met in person and shown our room. Staff super friendly and pleasant. The room was large and comfortable and we appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities and the fridge for cold drinks. A nice touch was the bookcase with books for guests to read. Lovely terrace to our room with views across Verona.

Taller wardrobe would have been better for dresses, and a full length mirror handy. The safe needs securing somewhere too.

Booking was room only, however a snack breakfast was provided with coffee machine. This was in addition to tea/coffee making facilities in room and a fridge. Bedroom and bathroom were huge by any standards. Breakfast terrace was beautiful. We had a balcony room so best of both.

No facilities to prepare a light meal just a room with a bathroom. Paper cups instead of real ones, host had kindly thought of a kettle and a corkscrew for wine but there were no wine glasses provided. To provide two real cups for tea and coffee and two real clear wine glasses would cost very little and add a lot of value. Room felt bare and sparse, a little decoration here and there would make it so much more comfortable.

Great location 5 minutes from Piazza Bra. Large and very comfortable bed. Quiet location. Attractive view of rooftops and trees from the window. Shared pretty Terrace upstairs to sit and savour a drink was a lovely bonus.

Close to the city center, 3 min walk and you are in the heart of Verona. The outdoor terrace was great and the room clean and had all needed facilities. Can highly recommend it to others

The room was sparkling clean, beds were comfortable. We really liked the nice smell you get as soon as you enter the apartment. The location is perfect and easily accessible

The perfect stay in Verona! Very clean, near the Arena di Verona (5 minutes walking). Very comfortable bed. You will have everything that you need. When we arrived, the air conditioner was on and the temperature in the room was nice, despite the hot weather outside. You can leave your luggage if needed, as well. I will recommend this place, for sure. Thank you, hopefully to see you soon! :)

We liked everything! Nice coffee and a pastry is offered for breakfast but lots of great cafes nearby if more needed.

The location was perfect, being very close to the arena with cafes and restaurants, both local and touristy, on the doorstep and also a 15 min walk to the station. The host was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We also loved the outside space on the roof terrace to eat and relax when we wanted.

There wasn't a breakfast option, but they did provide complimentary expresso coffee and jam tarts. Easy to reach by bus from the train station. Everything was walking distance
