Hot water after 22.00 was not working on the first day we have arrived so we were not able to take a shower until the morning. We had very loud neighbours nextdoor ( which is not the hotel's fault) and we were moved to the only available room on that evening where the bed was very small and we didn't sleep the entire night. Basically the first night was a total waste of money. No shower & no sleep. Breakfast buffet is missing fresh tomatoes and at least cucumbers. Omelette or scrambled eggs would be nice as well. The buffet choice is very limited. Shuttle bus from/to hotel which is offered by hotel is expensive. 8 euros for 6 min drive is simply ridicioulous. Rooms need renovation and love to detail is missing.

The hotel is located in very quiet neighbourhood. Staff very nice, ready to assist and help with anything. Especially Donatella & the night shift guy. Restaurant staff working during the breakfast was constantly filling up the buffet and making sure there is nothing missing.

The luggage storage space is in an open area, which made me a little worried when I left my luggage there for two nights.

The location is close to the FCO airport. However, it requires taking a shuttle bus (or vehicle) to be there or leave there. Breakfast is ok, but I expected more choice of salad or fruit. The service of reception is excellent!

Friendly staff and a short taxi ride from the airport. (There is an airport shuttle but we arrived outside it's hours of operation). Spacious rooms. Interesting building.

I didn't particularly like the area. Hoodlums hung around the back lane way under my window. There were streets nearby that reception staff advised against walking. It is better to stay low, venture sensibly, or use Uber/taxi to get around. The third-party daily airport shuttle service concludes at 10:45am. It's not an all-day regular service. You need to book. It was confusing.

Clean, solid, well-equipped bathroom and well-appointed bedroom, I loved the high ceilings, solid walls, marble, and artworks. Great breakfast, helpful staff, convenient to the airport. Nearby restaurants were good quality and variety. Pharmacy and basic shops close by. Amazing spa retreat centre 5min Uber away...

As with a lot of European hotels there were tile floors. Roll bags & high heels can be quite annoying when you are trying to sleep.

We had an early flight to Rome & thought we would store our bags until check in. The staff arranged to have our room ready early which was great. We enjoyed a coffee while the work was completed then refreshed in our room & went off to see the sites.

Location. There are restaurants about a half a mile away, which run along a river filled with fishing boats. There are no shops along the walkway, just a few restaurants.

Clean & quiet, room size adequate. The shuttle is very nice eight euros to the airport. I was stiffed by the taxi driver who charged me €25 to get here. Taxi drivers are looking for people going to downtown Rome so beware. If you stay here, be sure to arrange to have the shuttle pick you up.

It was a charming hotel near the airport with a reasonably priced shuttle. The staff made sure all my needs were met. And since I was departing before the hotel served breakfast they made me a to-go breakfast.

After a flight cancellation I had to stay in a hotel closeby the airport FCO and Seccy was just 15 minutes away from the airport by taxi. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.
