The staff was very welcoming and the location was great to get out and explore the city. Easy access to a majority of the sites but also the train station. The room was comfortable and had great AC for relaxing after the high temps outside.

the bathroom was too narrow ; reallly narrow ... it was really hard to move inside

it was really close to everything .. clean and quiet .. the staff was welcoming and helpful .. i would stay again but most probably i would stay in an higher category room for having some free space in bathroom

I booked the economy room last minute. The hotel is very well located in the corner of Via Nazionale and Via Faenza. It is just 6 minutes from Santa Maria Novella the main Rsilway ststion thst connects to all cities airports and so on. It is just around the corner of the Old Market, the leather street, and a 10 minutes walk or less to the dome. The room was clean, airconditioned, will a minibar, big tv, different lights etc, it just should have been a little bigger as the dpace around the bed was a little narrow. The bathroom was fully equiped and you could find all the toiletries. The staff wss very helpful, I also got late check out approved wirh no extra fees. Breakfast wss included and I may say it is the best breakfast I have had in a Florence this last year. I highly reccomend. Enjoy!

The location was perfect for walking anywhere! Train station, rental car, Duomo, Ponte Veeche… we walked everywhere. But we don’t mind walking.

The only issue is the aircon, it was noisy.

The Staff are all friendly and helpful and very cheerful 😊 The location is close to Firenze SMN station, the Duomo Cathedral and Central Market.

Excellent staff, very good location, ( not that anything is far in Florence) adequate but not overgenerous breakfast albeit served by excellent and friendly staff…great cappuccino every morning.!!! Overpriced- but this is Florence. Beds and pillows far too hard for us. Very close to station.

Room a bit tight in space. Lobby could use some air freshener as well as the hallways. don't have tons of laundry bags sitting in the hallways for hours. Address the exhaust fumes from the kitchen that make it to the first floor elevator landing (bacon smell in the morning)

A well made bed, great lighting in the room, great breakfast for an excellent value (loved the super wide chairs in the restaurant), all the electronic controls in the room. Cloth napkins for the breakfast. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. A short accessible (important when hauling a suitcase) walk to the train station and the tram to the airport

1. The location is excellent, very close to railway station and the tourist attractions. 2. Clean, specious, comfortable room. 3. The beds were comfortable. 4. Good supply of toiletries and coffee. 5. The room had an electric kettle. 6. Good breakfast. 7. The staff are really very helpful. They happily agreed to keep our bags before check-in and even after check-out, booked taxi for us. We loved the stay in The Market Urban hotel. Would love to come back again.

This hotel was in the perfect location! Less than 5 minute walk to the train station and tram stop. Also 15-20 from the other side of the city. The staff were absolutely phenomenal. From arrival to departure, they ensured we were comfortable and helped with anything we needed. They allowed us to check in early and leave our luggage (and be able to utilize the bathroom) at the property until our late departure. Breakfast was also great. I can’t express enough how perfect our trip and stay was due to this hotel!

Second time Ive stayed here, starting too look a bit aged. Disapointed by the 4am false fire (?) Alarm and no apology from the hotel for the disturbance Upon checkout.

One of the flush in the toilet was not working but the other flush was working so it was manageable.

The service from check in to out was excellent. The rooms were decently sized for the price. Bed was comfortable and toilet was tastefully done. There was water kettle to boil water for tea/ coffee too.

Some nights it was quite noisy, and there is a market downstairs who set up quite early in the morning... im a light sleeper so I did not get good sleep.

Very comfortable, clean and safe. Very quiet—excellent sound proofing on what can be a busy pedestrian street; great location for Santa Maria Novella train station. Very helpful and friendly staff (Giovanni and David, as well as the lovely breakfast staff). Wonderful stay, highly recommend, will stay here again.
