We had some miscommunication with the payment timings: the price of the first night was blocked 10 days prior to arrival, which we weren't aware would happen. But it was promptly clarified through Booking.com customer service!

Perfect location, 5 mins from the train station and in the centre within stone-throw distance to many shops, restaurants and the attractions. It was great for when we needed a little break during the day. The room was modern, cleaned daily and ours faced to a back street, so very quiet! Bathroom was great too, modern and with great water pressure. Really enjoyed our stay. It was great value for money too.

There could have been slightly more storage space for cloths. Breakfast area can be a bit cramped at the busiest times. But these wouldn't be reasons not to stay here.

Great location, walking distance from most of Florence's main attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave advice on where to visit, helped with arrangements for taxi and other transport. They offer you a brolly if its a wet day. One day we had an early start for a day trip but they told us we could have our breakfast before the designated start time. There was a lovely friendly vibe in the hotel. The rooms are modern with excellent sound proofing and a nice bathroom.

The rooms are not only beautiful but also very new. The front desk team is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The overall cleanliness is remarkable, and the housekeeping is top-notch. Bathroom was on the smaller side, however very functional for the space provided.

Everything was spectacular, the staff really went above and beyond to make us feel special on our honeymoon! The breakfast was also wonderful and well priced for all of the different options that were available.

The temperature control of the rooms is handled by a computerized system, not always in sync with guests needs. Very little control is left to the guests using the thermostats in the room.
