Nothing for us as older travellers. Should you have mobility issues, you will have to climb stairs to first floor and up.

Location great as it's close to train station, Conrad's grocery store is 3 minute walk, laundromat 2 doors down, great coffee directly across st., & close to Central Market & Duomo.

The shower is a little small for a big person, and the breakfast was ok, but the lady on the cafeteria Mosi was very rude. If we come back we won’t eat on that restaurant again.

I don’t think there was anything!

It was clean and well presented with little extras such as a kettle, free mini bar and water every day. When we arrived, there was a friendly welcome. It was well located for the airport tram, station and the actual city and there were plenty of good eating places nearby.

The property is located only a few minutes walk from the main train station, walking distance to every attraction we wanted to visit. Although the location is on very busy street, we heard no noise from the street. Beds were comfy, the rooms were clean, staff very friendly - we could have dropped-off here our luggage until the room was completely ready. Plus there was an extraordinary Caffe just across the street! (best croissants ever)

Not easy to find on the street. It is a non-descript door on a very busy street and I walked past it several times before eventually locating it. Difficult to ventilate the room without opening the windows onto what is n exceptionally narrow and noisy street outside.

Central location and the reception staff were very helpful on arrival and during my curtailed stay. Room was small overall but comfortable for a solo traveler. I cut short my stay in Florence so did not get the benefit of the intended duration of my stay.

Street is a little noisy, but the host is clearly aware of that by providing earplugs, which is really thoughtful.

The location is great. Close to the market and city centre. Kettle, condiments, minibar, and even a box of tissues in the room were great additions for a comfortable stay.

Everything was great. Our room was right next to the reception, so it could get noisy after 9AM but this should not be an issue if you're here to travel and sightsee.

Great location, really close to Central station. Lots of good food places nearby. The staff did a great job keeping our place clean, and they were super responsive too. We also had a decent amount of space too! Overall, we'd definitely come back.

Everything was great, helpful staff at the reception and the location is excellent. You can reach all the attractions by foot (15 min max), the train station is nearby and there are a lot of good places to eat around the hotel. A big thank you and see you again!
