The room needs deep cleaning, please get rid of the mold in the shower, I didn’t feel comfortable staying there. I took a room with private terrace, but anyone staying in the same place could come up there. Also the terrace itself requires some maintenence as some of the wooden boards were loose with nails coming out. There were also ants in the room.

The terrace, location were great. Also the host was friendly and nice.

The location was really central and the staff went above and beyond. It was my boyfriend’s 30th and I messaged ahead and they decorated the room and provided a cake and Prosecco. Anything we needed during our stay the staff were so accommodating, I couldn’t recommend it enough!

It is a guest house, not a hotel. There is no one there 90% of the time, in case you need assistance This was not clear in the description. Elevator is tiny, no more than two people can fit with luggage. Could be cleaner.

Location and outside space we're amazing, Owner was there to greet us and explained the keys. The apartment is very small ..but you are aware of this on booking but it is worth it for the outside terrace, which is shared but feels private as you are the only apartment on that floor

Dont try bringing large suitcases or bags. Elevator is small but most are in Europe!

Great location and easy access to many different key sites in Rome. Our room was on the top floor up the spiral staircase with its own veranda and patio which we basically had all to ourselves.

It needs an upgrade to be a 3 star! I didn’t have a safe working the 4 nights I stayed. So I had to carry documents and money all the time and wasn’t ideal! Also the bathroom definitely needs to be redone. There’s only a window in the room that faces the patio with some lounge chairs. Fortunately there was nobody using them otherwise would be noisy and with cigarette smell bc they are allowed to smoke in that area facing the room . And no privacy. I wouldn’t stayed there again. WiFi didn’t work. The owner tried his best but in vain

Thankfully only a 1 night stay. Check in was smooth, staff friendly. Great location and nice terrace. Room needs a good clean and had dirty towels in shower. Shower was old, broken door and mouldy. The AC spat out ice all night onto the bed and floor even when we turned it off. Wifi was horrible. Stray cats crying outside from 6am-7:30am.
