Small restaurant with not so many dishes.

I was disappointed the swimming pool was not open. It was unseasonably hot and sunny at the time of our visit (early April), but I guess the opening period is dictated by the "normal" weather for the time of year, when you will often see Italians safely wrapped up when the temperature is below 68 degrees Farenheit... So, mid-May it should be open.

It's more or less an airport hotel, though there is golf nearby. Being an airport has its upsides - we enjoyed seeing the cabin crew arrive, then relax, then get ready to go back east again, all perfectly turned out. And it is likely that the hotel is maintained to high standards to avoid losing lucrative airline business - a form of third party endorsement if you like. Service was very friendly as you would expect from Italians and the food and drink good. Staff were knowledgable and helpful. Very nice patio with an enticing looking swimming pool (but see below....) We found it a very convenient base to start a trip to Italy, just a short ride from FCO. Central Rome was a 20 minute taxi ride away - c. 30 Euros, and there is a regular shuttle bus at 10 Euros per person, so it is practical for the City Centre

Beware: this hotel is made of multiple buildings, and reaching building 1 from building 2 required walking 10 minutes in the golf course of waiting 2-20 minutes for the shuttle. I got a room at building 2 even if the address on my reservation was for building 1.

Breakfast, very limited number of channels(3 or 4) working on the TV. Sporadic times of shuttle buses between buildings 1 & 2

All staff were very accommodating and was made to feel very welcome on arrival as well as being helpful with regards any questions/queries I had. Location was peaceful and ideal for the work purposes of my trip.

Is such a good hotel, definitely missing an indoor pool and also the weather was so good but the outdoor pool wasn't open, kids were disappointed.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good, with lots of choices.

4th floor room was very tired, velcro curtains were coming off the slanted window frame, air con unit barely cooling

The hotel is a bit tired and needs some maintenance upgrades for example the room safe didn't work, the sink and shower didn't drain properly.

The staff were excellent, the food was good and the location was great for our purpose which was essentially a transit stop as it was close to the airport.

the cleaning of the rooms wasn’t done every day. only the beds were made not the bathroom. I’m one week it was done once. they left from the past guess some thongs on the ice bucket and they were dirty. the left a paper towel with a hair ball on top of the counter of the bathroom.

Gym equipment (treadmills etc) were either very dated or not working. No other complaints about this hotel

Location was a little difficult but well supported through a shuttle service. Wifi was excellent and the food and drink service was very good

We expected that a hotel with Sheraton brand will offer courtesy shuttle to/from airport for a hotel close to airport. It was a wrong assumption and end in dissapontment. In other services; external bus services to Roma City center were actualy late (1.5 hrs) and no hotel staff take care of it.

Mold in the shower. No shuttle from airport to hotel. Hotel is very outdated. Poor work of staff. No general information was given (about shuttles to city center, how to pay and so on).

Location is really out in the sticks. There is literally nothing to do in the hotel (swimming pool was not in use too) and nothing in immediate area. Closest visit is a 20 minute walk to a depressing and run down arcade.

it's so far from the center :( not near a bus stop neither so yo have to pay uber or private transportation
