You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe only complaint we had was that the wifi was weak. They know they need to improve it as it was weak everywhere in the hotel.
Really a fine place to stay. Crespano is a small town, not much available, but the Osteria San Marco was great local place for a simple plentiful dinner. Good breakfast, a very large building, must have been grand in it's day. The rooms are modernized. Staff very pleasant.

United KingdomThe hotel is very nice, friendly people, rooms are clean. The only thing that is a bit deceiving is the picture and the actual status of the hotel. When we arrived we were not sure to be on the right place, first of all because it is not noticeable that it is the hotel and it requires a bit of maintenance outside. In summer it would be good to have air conditioning, but the fan was enough, but personally I would have liked to have least mosquito nets to the windows.
The rooms are very new and clean, personnel is friendly and helpful. Definitely it is very quiet, so a perfect place to rest and a good base to explore the area.
