The location is somewhat unsafe if you plan to be in the city late at night. There are some undesirable characters in the area. Fine during the day.

The property was close to the station so convenient for travel. The interior was mostly pleasant. The breakfast was very good, with selection of pastries, cooked bacon/sausage/eggs, fruits, cereals and cold meats.

Breakfast is mostly perfect, only sunnyup eggs were not on menu, and vegetables Room- suite was excelent, locations is also wery close to everyting. You can park on site, near hotel and price is very good -1,2€/hour Very friendly and helpfull staff.

Breakfast is simple - the hot breakfast we didn’t touch as it didn’t look great, but cereal and baked goods were fine.

Well positioned accomodation, close to everything. Clean and tidy. We were provided an upgrade which was lovely as we had more spaces for our 4 night stay.

Bed was a bit hard and walls a bit thin, I could hear everything the others were doing in nearby rooms.

I stayed at the property for less than 10 hours, as I arrived at midnight and left at 8 am. Very positive the smooth check in done at midnigh, with staff member Fabio being very professional and helpful. For the rest the room was good, spacious and clean.

Breakfast was not at a quality level we had at other hotels on our trip. Food and utensils were occasionally not available . We had to search for an empty and clean table at times. This may have been due to one or two larger bus/tour/business groups you had in the hotel.

Our room, 708 was clean but seems like it needed to be refurbished. We paid for a deluxe room but this did not seem to fit our description. The hallways on the first floor, which was where our room was, was very dark and carpeting old, also needed refurbishing. This hotel seems to host many conferences and tour groups. The night we wanted to have a drink at the bar there was an entire group in the bar area listening to some type of presentation. Seems they should have been in a private room at the hotel doing this. We asked the bartender if we could order a bottle of Prosecco which he did acknowledge we could do after checking with someone and then we went to sit in one of the common areas away from the bar area.

The common areas of the hotel were beautifully decorated and seating was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was very good.

unfortunately, the breakfast was really disappointing, my husband went ahead of me to have some breakfast and after 2 minutes called me to say that we would be finding somewhere outside to eat as it was very dirty, the yogurts had been sour, and he could not get past the unhygienic feel of it.

This hotel is perfectly located, not in the middle of the craziness, but close enough that a 10 min walk takes you everywhere. The hotel is beautiful, and the room we got was amazing, super comfortable and quiet. The staff is very nice and super helpful, especially with needs like finding an EV charging station.

The hotel was ideal for the location we wanted, the initial room had a sofa bed that was tired, we asked in the morning if there was an alternative room and were offered a junior suite for no charge or a superior suite for a small difference, we took the superior suite as it was perfect!

There was no fresh salad or vegetables at breakfast (tomato, cucumber,...). The hotel bar was constantly closed, apparently it was not yet the tourist season. It is difficult to find a parking space, but there is a paid parking garage across the street. 20 euros/ 24 hours.

Pleasant hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location on the edge of the old town. Everything is within a pleasant walking distance.
