Great staff. They could not be more helpful and knowledgeable. Great location, central to all major landmarks. Water bus literally next door. Front of hotel overlooks the grand canal. Good breakfast.

Everything about it. It also has its own water taxi deck where water taxis can pull up right to the dock so you can step more easily into the taxi. And there is a vaporetto stop only about 50 feet from the hotel front door.

I have no complaints.

The location is excellent. It is very central and within walking distance of most of the major tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet is very good and offers a wide selection of products, tea and coffee are served. The deluxe room was very spacious and the beds very comfortable.

Room was a good size, bathroom was huge. Location was good - about 8 minutes walk from either Rialto or Accademia bridges. A little longer to St Marks square. Nice quiet area with it's own pier if you take a water taxi, if you don't then there is a vapretto stop right there as well. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Breakfast was poor, not many choices and for a four star hotel in Italy it wasn’t much. Mattress was hard and pillows very hard and uncomfortable.

Location was very good, staff were polite and helpful. Very clean . Right on the grand canal , nice views outside if weather is good and you are able to sit outdoors. Walking distance to many interesting sights but you definitely need navigation help to get through the narrow walkways in Venice and to find the places you want to visit. Many restaurants and cafes nearby.

That we could only stay 2 nights

The stay was amazing from the moment the water taxi dropped us at the Hotels front door dock. They came and handled our bags for us from taxi to suite. We booked the suite room 216. We were treated like royalty and everyone was friendly, prompt and informative. We entered our suite to find champagne and a chilled fresh fruit platter and beds turned down with chocolate. We opened the balcony door to find a very long narrow terrace and to our surprise, to the right was the Rialto bridge. We took many great pictures from that balcony. The morning found us at a fabulous breakfast bar and seated in the beautiful gardens. We watched the taxis come and go, the waterbus pickup and drop off and so many people enjoying their Gondala rides from that balcony that was just above the front entrance and dock. We walked the streets of Venice until midnight, right from the hotel. The 2nd night we had drinks and ate from the Bistro menu and it was good service and food. When we left, we felt taken care of, as they took our luggage from our suite and stowed it on the water taxi. We didnt speak anything but English and were made to feel welcome and always greeted with a smile. We cant thank the team at this hotel for making our first stay in Venice absolutely perfect.

Location is perfect: on the grand canal by a water taxi stop and also their own dock. It is easy to get there and get bags to the hotel/room, always an issue in Venice. Great walking to museums and other sites but out of the crowds. Staff and breakfast great.

We loved everything about the hotel. They arranged our private transfer from the airport, we were upgraded to a waterfront jnr suite. I have nothing negative to say. If we ever return to Venice I would not stay anywhere else. Thankyou for an amazing experience in the perfect location.

We had a suite overlooking the Grand Canal. It was wonderful! We loved standing out on the balconies and watching the world go by. The style was perfect and the size of the suite spacious. We also loved the breakfasts out in the charming courtyard.
