Superb location, within five minutes walk of all you could need. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool is lovely and plenty of beach towels. Restaurant really nice with a garden area for breakfast

No air-conditioning in the rooms until June, which was a bit daft as we stayed at the end of May and it was hot!

Great view from 3rd floor balcony rooms and especially the pool area on the top (4th) floor. Pool was great, though small-ish and shallow - perfect to cool off in though. Staff were excellent - friendly & helpful. Everywhere was spotlessly clean.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy and not very effective

The hotel was in easy reach of the lake front and there were lots of areas in the lounge, outside and on the sky terrace to sit and chat with a glass of wine. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a good choice on the breakfast menu

It would be good if the pool was open longer, the rooms are older but still clean and in good condition. We thought parking was included but found out at the end of our stay there was a cost.

Breakfast was good and it is a clean hotel with great pool facility. Easy to walk into Garda or get onto the main road.

We booked a double room but had two single beds (made up as single beds) pushed together. A double would have been preferable but it wasn't a major issue.

If your going to Garda look no further than this hotel. My parents have just returned from a week holiday in Garda for my mothers 70th birthday. Hotel spotless asked For A Double Bed and got it. Bed huge and room also. Beautiful balcony. Pool on roof with views of lake and mountains with a cafe. Huge choice for breakfast and dinner. Great prices .Food is as good as you would get anywhere .3 minutes walk to lake shore. Minutes from ferry and buses .Garda town minutes away .Hotel quite and relaxing. staff excellent couldn't do enough for you. Manager welcomed my mother with Happy Birthday which was so thoughtful and impressive. Thank you so much you made there holiday a trip to remember forever. When I am going to Garda I won't look any further that your hotel.

Rooms are fairly old, the shower head was broken, sound insulation is very poor. The pillows are uncomfortable. All this wasn't a problem for a one night stay, however I wouldn't definitely not stay there for longer.

The view from the rooftop bar/pool is very good & represents the only feature of this hotel. The staff is very friendly and breakfast is great! Location is very good!

Position of room. Balkony looked out on old dirty laneway. Also they did not have a 2nd pillow and the pillow we had was old and lumpy. There was no shampoo in bathroom. Hairdryer old and useless.

Rooms very clean and although we left it in a mess every day due to our baby it was always clean an tidy when we returned. 10/10 :) Excellent choice of food Can not thank the staff enough of how friendly and helpful. They encouraged you to choose evening meal at breakfast which did not really suit us, or take your chances of the particular main course you wanted being no longer available.

Well our room was very dark as there wasn't a window! There was a door to the very large lovely terrace but the door had net curtain attached which I removed although this was put back the next day! The bathroom was tight to say the least as the wc was set at an angle right on top of a plinth right next to the shower enclosure! You had to climb up to sit! Accident waiting to happen!

The hotel overal is very nice, clean spacious and has a lovely new tranquil rooftop terrace with a swimming pool and bar/restaurant. We found the lunch was freshly cooked and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good for Italy! The staff were very welcoming, attentive and pleasant.

Location....Hotel is only a couple of hundred metres from the sea front and is very convenient to shopping and restaurants, Ferry terminal for lake trips is only 5 minutes away. Hotel facilities are good, a pool would be a definite advantage but a sister hotel with pool that you can use is only a short walk past the bus terminal.. they even give you a carrier bag with towels for your pool trip, a nice touch. Room air conditioning was a distinct advantage as our stay was during unseasonal high temperatures.. 40C most days.

Not sure about the bins on the table or the purpose of these. Staff in here friendly enough but could be a bit more engaging. Pillows not good need two minimum. Bar very quite and prices high for poor quality wine. - however i would return and the positives out weighed the negatives.

the location was very good, hotel was clean and staff friendly. girl workiing behind the bar was extreamly nice

I didn't like the €50 charge for the 4 of us after we checking out, this bill should have been on our hotel bill not last minute as we rushed off for the airport

Hotel was nice and warm during the night, not like other hotels turn off heat after 10pm

    Nothing!

We were in Garda for a friend's wedding & this hotel was perfect for people on a budget like us! 2 mins walk from the lake & the Main Street where everything is to be found. Relatively very well priced! Lovely & clean & the breakfast is great!
