Fabulous reception staff. The young men were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. New towels and sheets daily. Quiet room at the rear. Not sure how effective the AC will be in the height of summer. Bed was a little firm for me. Good bathroom with hot water. Shower curtain and mattress were in need of replacement. Breakfast was adequate, we enjoyed the croissants. Value for money was exceptional, short walk to the metro which was €1.50. Taxi from the city ranged from €15-25 and to Ciampino Airport €60. The staff were the highlight and a credit to the hotel.

Bed was very hard, pillows were very thin. Shower was hot one minute cold next. Very slippery bath tub as shower was in the tub, no place to put things in bathroom. Dinner in the restaurant was very disappointing

Honestly the hotel position is the only one defect. The public transport are 15 minutes of walking far and the area seems not so safety.

They were totally available and gentle in every moments. There were a bad couple very disrespectful, by the way the personnel were very gentle with them.

The hotel is located on the crossroad, midges that bit all the legs in a restaurant at breakfast, noisy, the room is not so clean (dirty walls). 15 min from city center by car

The room looks outdated. The walls had stains (small pieces of wallpaper cut outs to cover something on the wall). The ceiling had a big stain from a leakage. The bath curtain needs updating and there was something black in the corner of the bath (hopefully not mold). We only stayed for the night and we were really tired so I didn't bother complaining.

There was a kettle in the room The bed was clean and comfortable The staff were really nice and answered all our questions and were keen to help. The lady from the restaurant even let us dinne earlier, as we were really hungry when we arrived.

Nothing else to do in the hotel except sleep and have breakfast. Fridge and AC in the room didn't work great.

It was a decent place for a Rome visit. A little out of town but goos value. Rooms are bit small but that's not an issue if you do Rome properly. The beds are comfy and the balconies nice for a little sit out. The breakfast is minimal selections but tasty, warm and has very good coffee. Good start to the day. Bus stop right outside or metro a 10 minute walk. Easy to access everywhere.

The surrounding of the hotel was awful. It is located on a very messy and smelly street.

The breakfast was ok, although it took a while for the stuff to refill all the food once it was eaten or drunk. The room was clean, but smelled like the cleaning products.

The shower function was horrible. It was a magic shower. In a second the hot water will burn the body and next second it showers the too cold water. This process continues. The evening lady at the bar was little rude which spoiled our evening mood. As if we were staying free. Hope she will change her tone and behavior towards the tourists in future. Other staff were very nice. Room was over budget. I booked a small room but the cost was high. In this price better rooms can be availed in other near by hotels.

The breakfast is included in room cost. Rooms were very neat and clean. Balcony was good to spent some time with family.

It was a good basic hotel!! Very clean, they changed the towels every day but there were spread around in the whole hotel aromatic sticks with an intense and strong smell which made it unbearable.. it needs a fresher smell because the building it is old and the smell betrayed that.. close to a metro station, 10 min walking..a basic breakfast.. it was a good hotel but it needs a touch up in order to meet the price!!!
