The room definitely needs an upgrade in soundproofing; we can hear the shower next door clearly, and upstairs as they drag their furniture from time to time. Most importantly, the room is facing the main road, and one night, they decided to pave the road with the machine that kept beeping for a good 3 hours at midnight; we didn't have any sleep at all that night, which is a nightmare.

The staff is very friendly, even before we get there. We have received a detailed check-in process, and once we arrived, the front desk kindly provided us with coffee, since our room is not ready yet, as we arrived early. The cleaning staff are good as well. We were asking for a kettle to boil hot water for tea, and they kindly provided the kettle and mugs. When we checked out, we even received a few postcards that were printed in Italy; the gesture is super great! Great location, only a few minutes walk up to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.

Absolutely nothing, we loved everything!

Excellent location – just a 15-minute walk from Termini and only steps away from the Colosseum. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and caring. We received clear check-in instructions from Roberto well in advance, and after check-out I accidentally left my phone at reception – Angelo kindly took the time to run a few blocks to return it to me. Thanks a million again! (Apologies if I’m mixing up names – I truly appreciate everyone’s help 🙂). The property provides everything you need to explore Rome and enjoy a good rest: a comfortable bed, very good AC, a great shower, and excellent cleanliness.

The stuff was very friendly, polite, helpful and very flexible. The room and the full hotel was very clean, and it was very quiet at night. There was sparkling/still water and coffee available for free without any limit. The location of the hotel is outstanding, the Colosseum and Forum Romanum are only 5 minutes walk, there are a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby as well. We fully recommend it for anyone.

The room wasnt soundproof. Could hear very clearly when people are at the corridor. Due to air pressure difference, my door moves when people open and close their door. It scares me because it sounded like people attempting to open my door

The Location is amazing! It's walking distance to all attractions and plenty of restaurants around the hotel! The host was very helpful and was easy to reach. The room was cleaned daily and the staff on site were very helpful as well. Overall we had a wonderful stay 😊
