Easy to find and access from public transport, close walk to Duomo. For price and the fact we didn’t spend much of any time in the unit - the price was well suited. Building is old and we liked this. View from room was great and the street noise was minimal with the 2-3doors balcony door options closed properly.

There is no staff on site and you have to check in with another hotel across the street. The whole place felt a little run down and our room was small and a bit austere, but we hardly spent any time there anyway so it didn't really matter.

No hair dryer, ac has broken down in the middle of the Night and room was really cold, floor is cold as well, you might need some slippers

Location is right at the train station, if you have a early trip, this is the place you should stay. Building and the room is highly aesthetic, View is amazing, our room which is at the corner is seeing the cathedral

Unfortunately, the walls and the doors are so thin we were disturbed by people talking in the other room or walking and opening their doors. You better be prepared that you won’t sleep properly. During the night and the evening there was a heavy smell of cooking coming up to the room probably from the inside of the building, which is a bit disturbing too.

The location is perfect 5 mins from the train station and yet on a calm street! 10 mins walk from the city centre, very well located. The shower was newly renovated, bed mattresses were good and the room was clean and spacious!

Door handle loose, no mugs for coffee, plug socket also falling off the wall, there was a paper cup on the balcony full of chewing gum and cigarette butts. I expected better for the price.

Room was just a bit sparse, could have used more decorative elements. Also a bit short on bathroom supplies, just needed a bit more soap and hand towels and would have been good.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the train station. Daily room cleaning kept everything tidy. Great view from the balcony. Old fashioned elevator was also really fun!

Woken around 5am by some people making noise in the corridor. Had an early start and a day of traveling ahead, so wasn’t impressed that no consideration was given to other guests who were sleeping.

The property is located within a few minutes walk to the station, and landmarks. The room was clean and functional, and perfect for an overnight stay.

Not many plug sockets and one of them was broken. Shower was on the smaller size but it could have just been our room.

I was in room 2 and the noise from the main door being opened and closed by other guests woke me up a few times. It’s very ‘traditional’, which I liked being in the culture of Italy, but lacked the facilities of modern hotels like fast wifi and plug socket near a mirror. The wifi was also not correct on the in-room welcome pack. By my last day, someone had written the correct password on a piece of paper in the hallway.

The location of the hotel is great. It’s near the train station if you’re coming from other cities (Rome, Pisa, etc). The walking distance to landmarks like the Duomo is 5-10 minutes walk. My room had new towels each day and the bed was remade. The size of the room was large and having air con was helpful during the hot days. It

On a first day, i didn't have hot water unfortunately but after calling to the reception it was fixed right away, then somehow AC broke in the middle of July, haha, but it was also fixed, so I overall have no major complaints.

The location is amazing. It is right in front of train station and 2 minutes away from the famous Florence Duomo and center. Mcdonalds is next to the hotel, so is burger king, and you won't need a public transportation to move around with the city. This hotel has the best location and I personally had a great view from my balcony

My room was at the very top of the building. There was only one elevator that was small. It would be difficult if you have a bit or a lot of luggage.

The room was clean and the air conditioning was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was very close to the train station with easy access to the Duomo. The breakfast was great!
