The breakfast very poor , stayed 6 nights and every day they serve the same thing , croissants, bread ,salami, cheese ,and cereals, fruits they had 3 old oranges and 2 apples in a basket those fruits stayed untouched during my staying , my rate for the breakfast very poor . The room not bad, but no fridge or a kettle can't make a cup of tea /coffee or have a cold drink in the room. They have a vending machine in the some floor but the last 2 nights it was out of service .

Restaurant- they had a menu posted outside that was outdated & much less expensive than what we were given on the inside. We left.

Lady at the front desk was extremely helpfull & informative. She went out of her way to help us out.

    1) The clean lady will enter your room without knocking door around 10am, there's one day I still in bed, this made me so supervised and pretty embarrassed. 2) the breakfast is simple and never changed, it is good quality but I just wish there's little different everyday since I eat same stuff for 5 days 3) Location is not in center. It take 25 min non stop walking to train station. It take total 45min walk to old town. On weekend Some bus don't work some finish at 6pm. You have to take taxi back(10euro). Even on the Palio day, the bus stop on time, so I have to walk home which made me exhausted.

It's very clean. The staffs are super nice. Even most of them don't speak lot English, they always willing to help once they understand from your body language. It right close to bus stop no. 4/35/36. 3min walk to bus no 10.

Getting there was an absolute mission- buses weren't working as it was a weekend.Had to lug my luggage on the road. Also far from the centre, so its quite a walk on the road which doesn't have a pathway at times. Need to get shuttles!

There is no lift or elevator. There is no man hotel staff when we checked in and we have to carry luggage up for 2 storeys. The breakfast time could be earlier. Current timing is 7.45am and we may not have enough time to eat if our local tour pick up time is early.

The hotel facilities was quite new. Seems renovated.

The bath linens were like rough boards, the room was small with high up windows so we could not see out.

There is a great patisserie next door and a very good restaurant two doors down from there. It was nice and quiet.

Shared bathroom. Distance from old town is only convenient when taking a car. Too long for a walk.

In my room the window was above head height, so no view except the sky! Would have liked a tea/coffee-making facility (i.e. a kettle and cups). Noisy plumbing (could hear WCs flush etc in adjacent rooms) and echoing corridors.

Clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent Wi-Fi (dropped out just once in five days).

The hotel is quite far out the city center.( >30 min walk) Buses run, but not very long in the evening. It is directly located at a very, very busy street. It felt like sleeping on the highway. The rooms in the hotel itself are "clairaudient", this all meant ear plugs every night. The breakfast was sparse. Nothing fresh (except from coffee which you were not allowed to take another serving by yourself), packaged bread, cheap cakes from the supermarket, processed cheese and artificial orange juice. If you want to start your day with a nice breakfast, go next door to the pasticceria. Be warned: If you are looking for the place at google maps, a wrong location will show up. This is located closer to the city center next to the Hotel Villa piccola. Error! The actual hotel is located near MCDonalds at the street SR2.

The room was quite spacious with large windows and 3 beds to choose from. It had a nice balcony and decent sized bathroom. Clean. Friendly and helpfull staff .

Very high ceiling so the room was a bit cold, with a heater in the bathroom only. The roor opens directly in the room, there is no small corridor as most hotel rooms have. Decoration is very white. Too white, it lacks character. going to Sienna requires a car. Walking along that uninteresting road would take way too much time.

Friendly staff (for Italy that is).
