Unfortunately, the bed and overall bedding situation did not meet our expectations. When we made our reservation through Booking.com, the listing gave the impression that we would be able to request and receive a rollaway bed, which was an important factor in our decision to book. However, upon arrival, we were informed that a rollaway bed was not available, which created an unexpected inconvenience for our group. To make matters worse, the existing beds themselves were far from comfortable—much firmer and less supportive than we anticipated—making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. This aspect of our stay fell short of what we had hoped for and was a noticeable disappointment compared to the otherwise positive experience.

This property provided not only an incredibly convenient location but also a level of functionality that made the entire stay remarkably smooth and enjoyable. Its setting placed me within easy reach of everything I needed—whether it was dining, shopping, or local attractions—while the thoughtful design and practical features of the hotel itself ensured that every aspect of my visit felt seamless and well‑supported.

Unbelievably, the master bedroom had a sofa bed, which was uncomfortable. The place looks tired and appears to be where an owner dumps all their old stuff. Saucepans with mismatched or no lids. Mismatched cutlery and crockery. Broken unusable washing machine (though we did get tokens so we could go outside in 36°C heat and use the communal laundry). It was like camping but at a 5-star price. The fabric sofa has old stains and needs a good steam clean (or replaced). So did our table cloth. The freezer was overgrown with frost that made it almost unusable. The swimming pool looked beautiful from a distance but at closer inspection had broken tiles and the water jets on the pool beds did not work. Such a shame, this place could be stunning and has such potential. The staff were lovely and helpful and I really wanted to love this place. They need to put a proper bed in the master bedroom and just freshen up the whole place and replace what’s broken or missing.

Lovely views, open space, great proximity to the beach and swimming pool. Nice new shower box. The balcony was also lovely, though too hot to enjoy being outside. The views and spaciousness is what gives my review a high score.

You could hear everything from the hall in the living room/kitchen. The sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable. The swimming pool was a still closed, even though it said on booking that it was suppose to open on the day of our arrival.

Cooking facilities were not satisfactory. In our case being British people, had not facilities to boil water to make a drink of tea. We had to boil water in a pan which which becomes more expensive for you. No microwave, this appliance is extremely importante to make quick meal and make cheaper for you. a small oven would be useful. Also, there was a mismatch of cutlery. May be a cutlery set would be nice and cutting knifes. Also, a bottle opener would be useful, we had to go to next door pizzeria to open a bottle of wine. These are very very basic appliances and utensils to have in a self catering. We didn’t realise that the swimming pool was not was not workng.

There was no hot water. Even after contacting reception, they have tried to help, usless. They have told us that there should be hot water running, but we couldn’t even take shower.

We were booked for 3 nights, but when we arrived we were told that we would be in our room for 2 nights, and on the third day we had to move to another room. It was very inconvenient to have to pack up all our things to move to another room. We were not warned about this but informed during the check in.

Advantages: Safe territory, almost everything is closed, so strangers do not have access to the complex. Restaurant, private parking, cozy location, swimming pool, 300 meters to the beach. The rooms were cleaned, clean dishes, bedding, towels...

The beach is very simple, you have to pay for sunbeds, in swimming pool you have to wear a swimming cap.

Good location near the beach, big apartament with all the equipment. Good airconditioning.

There is a rule of wearing swimming cups on the swimming pool, which might be annoying in this hot summer days, and tourists outside Italy might be surprised ;) - but it was not so much of a trouble.

Everything was great! The place is so close to the seashore, with a private beach, there is a big swimming pool (mostly empty or with a small number of people). Room is nice and well equipped, with air conditioning and all that is needed.

Most disgusting apartment I have stayed in the last years, it was not clean (sticky surfaces, hair in the shower) and additionally so old that the towel warmer was more rust than anything else. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the entire building has the vibe of a hospital from the 70ies.

There was no hot water All surfaces were dirty, not cleaned There were no towels Especially disgusting in the cupboard by the trash can The hood is extremely dirty There is no direct access to the sea You can't sit by the sea in the Solidago area - the caretaker will immediately chase you away. The room could be more expensive, the price of a beach umbrella - 20 euros is not much - but when you chase someone away from the beach marked Solidago, it's bad. And we were only to swim at the beach ..

No hot water. Air conditioner turned on but didn’t cool at all. Some dirtiness in various bits of the room. Property a bit dilapidated in general. A lot of traffic on the road going past and packed parking spots made it hard to actually get checked in.

Really excellent front desk staff, cannot be faulted! A nice big apartment and the parking once one works out where it is good. The location is also nice. Without the negative points I’d be rating a 7 or 8. The room was fairly cheap.

Everything, the complex is in total disrepair. The room is dirty and the kitchen in the room is not well equiped. Emergency after hours services are not reliable. Do not recommend this place.

The furniture is old, there is no beach in this structure, you have to go outside the territory and look for a beach. You can go to pool only in caps. Ine the first day in the evening there was no water at all in room, numerous calls to the reception did not give results, the other guests sad that this is a common thing in this structure. We have to small children and after the sea we were not able to wash them. For two days of stay we paid 420 euros, and i think that is very expensive for a room without water.

Mostly people 60+. The hotel does not have its own beach and restaurants. There is fungus in the room and on the territory of the hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable.

No facilities at resort not even a shop. Didn't see or speak to a single member of staff. One toilet roll between 3 people to last 3 days. 3 mile walk to a shop. Riddled with mosquitos. Told we had a sea view which wasn't really true. Could only see a tiny bit of sea in the far distance when it said the sea was 400 feet away. Overall it was stuck in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do and a 3 mile walk to nearest restaurant or shop.
