Reviews of Sorrento Flats

First of all, Luigi is an awesome homeowner. Everything at the property was well thought and it had everything you would need on a vacation. The location is excellent, allowing access to the port, beaches, shops, and high quality restaurants. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Also the noise isolation was very good, we had very low levels of outside noise in the room even though our room was facing the street. Breakfast was great, especially the pastries made by Luigi’s mom! We’re definitely planning to visit again!

Sorrento flats is my favorite place I’ve stayed at in Sorrento. The location is clean, comfortable and has a welcoming feel. Besides the location and facility being wonderful, so is the staff. Luigi’s energy is lovely. His recommendations are always wonderful. I brought family back there with me this year and they too love it there. It is convenient for shopping, restaurants and the beach clubs on the water. Highly recommended!!

The location is amazing, can walk to the beach, surrounded by shops and restaurants, the flat was comfortable, roomy for 2 of us (love the split level), and easy to get to train and buses.

I liked everything!

This was hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed abroad. We were only suppose to be in sorrento for a few nights but we extended our stay entirely due to Luigi and his staff. It was everything we could’ve wanted and more. Luigi is truly a hospitality superstar and caters to every possible need and acts as a part time tour guide. 100000000/10, I will be coming back and stying here because of this host and how wonderful the accommodations were.

Very central location with short walk to the the port and beach clubs. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were amazing!! Luigi was always communicating on WhatsApp and providing recommendations and guidance.

Close to the airport and car rental. 2 very good restaurants nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. A/C was working very well. Good deal for the money.

Close to everything. Extremely clean and had everything you needed but most of all was Luigi. He went above and beyond for customer service. Exceptional!

Location was excellent! Close to the train station, easy and walkable location to everything in the area (ie beach, restaurants, shops, grocery store, etc). Breakfast is homemade from the heart, and the accommodations were well appointed and very comfortable. Luigi is the PERFECT host, and we are looking for a reason to return to Sorrento just so we can stay at the Flats again! There's service, and then there's human heart connection. Luigi and Federica give loads of the latter and that's what makes the difference. I'm all about connecting with people and this is what made our time in Sorrento a life long memory we will always cherish.

The only thing I was wish different was the time - we wish we had more!!!

This apartment is the perfect location to pretty much everything. The main market, the train station, the beaches and the ports are all a few minutes walk. The apartment is also very modern, clean and kept very well by the cleaners. It was safe, quiet at night and quality air con was the cherry on top.

The only negative is that the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator so you have to walk upstairs. But if you can't handle stairs then Sorrento is probably not the city for you to visit. And! Luigi carried our luggage up and down the stairs which was a gift! So all in all not really a negative because the room had a nice view 😊

I advice every one go to Sorrento go to to ( sorrento flats).. Its in middle of the city and very modern place to have fun... Also the manger Luigii was so kind to us and very friendly.. He always keep you updated with everything you need... Very clean place and calm... They welcome us with a smile :))) was so comfort...

My daughter and I stayed there for our Mother and Daughter trip. The location was terrific! Can't say enough good things about this family owned B & B. Luigi runs the B & B with help from Marco at front desk, Nadia does the breakfast room. Luigi's Mom bakes the beautiful & yummy pastries every day. Fresh fruits, espresso, cappuccino, coffee, etc. The rooms are very clean, the maid is very sweet. We had luggage problems and Luigi took care of everything for us, he goes above and beyond, Marco helped us take our luggage down the street to where we take the elevator down to the boat. They all treat you as if you are family. They are all terrific and so kind. I will always refer family and friends or anyone else to stay there with Luigi and family. Pam Colao & Leah Colao Warren

Owner is amazing. On site and phenomenally helpful. We arranged all of our excursions through the hotel after we arrived and everything was fantastic. It would be helpful to make the arrangements before you arrive. Easy contact via WhatsApp. Great location, great breakfast. Quiet rooms!

There are 4 flights of stairs to climb, so maybe for older guests not an appropriate location
