Great hosts, great breakfast and great location

My husband and I recently stayed at Sorrento Flats and had a wonderful experience. Luigi, our host, was incredibly helpful, providing us with plenty of recommendations to make the most of our stay. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. Additionally, its central location meant we had easy access to everything Sorrento has to offer. Overall, I highly recommend Sorrento Flats for a fantastic stay in Sorrento. Special mention to Luigi’s Mother who makes the best homemade Tiramisu!

Everything, we had an absolutely brilliant stay, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly we stayed in three different places during our time in Italy and Sorrento flats was our favourite. The staff go out of their way to help you and extremely clean rooms it was a great surprise to come back to the room and everything was packed so neatly. We would definitely stay here again and it is affordable the service and quality is excellent, thank you Luigi and staff for such a wonderful stay and being so helpful.

Nothing to dislike actually, just a small recommendation, try to travel as light as possible because it's not easy to carry the luggages on the old narrow streets of the town.

The place is amazing, the room was very clean and comfortable with a balcony to enjoy some rest time. The location is perfect, walking distance from the train station, the port and all the main attractions. Luigi was very helpful, giving the right information and suggestions about the local restaurants in the area based on the budget.

Loved the location in the heart of Sorrento with walkability to everywhere we tourists want to go! The rooms were very clean and the place was quiet at night. The breakfast was more than expected with some homemade goodies and cappuccino. Then there is the host Luigi, as soon as you book your room Luigi is eager to help you get the most out of your visit to Sorrento. He responds immediately to texts with all kinds of questions which makes the preparation to your visit easy, instead of stressful.

Nothing bad to stay about Sorrento Flats!

Luigi was a great host - he met us at the train station to help us with our bags. He was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us good recommendations. The place was very clean and Luigi also cooked us breakfast in the morning.

The location was perfect for us we we able to walk through Sorrento and also visit the whole Amafi coast! Louigi was amazing !! He made sure everything went as planned and set us up transportation we really enjoyed our honeymoon stay there. The room was very nice with an over look terrace to the court yard. Fresh fruit always available for you !!

First, Luigi met us when we arrived and helped to carry our luggage up the stairs. He sent us video of how to walk to the hotel from the ferry. He sent us recommendations for restaurants, bars, and things to do around Sorrentro. He was easy to contact through WhatsApp, and helped us book a car to take us to the Naples airport. The room was great, with a very comfy bed, and it was always cleaned. We would stay at Sorrento Flats again.

We liked everything ♥️ from the lob to the towels! The bed is very comfy. The shower is strong and very hot. Towels smell so good! The breakfast is 5 stars 🌟! The staff and the owner, Luigi, and his mother ate extremely friendly and helpful. We felt at home with everything we needed here! Thank you so much Luigi 💓 for all your hospitality.

I did not like to have made Sorrento Flats our base to stay in Amalfi Coast. But next time we will!

First, location, it is right around the stores and restaurants.The staff is extremely helpful and I can not thank them enough for all they did to make us happy. Luigi is always there for us and so his employees. The bed and pillows are top quality. The shower is powerful and hot. The breakfast has a lot of variety. They customize your coffee just the way you want. Pastries, eggs, fruits, and healthy choices as well. The rooms are sharp and clean 👌 with modernized decorations. We felt at home here. Luigi is probably the best host I've ever experienced. He got in touch on WhatsApp shortly after we booked and was in contact regularly as the trip approached. He met us at the train station to help with luggage. He provided a list of things to do and places to eat. And even though we booked an apartment apart from the B&B, he still invited us for breakfast at no extra charge. And it's an excellent breakfast!

This was the cutest place we have ever stayed! The rooms were so aesthetically pleasing. We had two rooms, each with two levels and patios. The main level had a large washroom, living space with a couch, desk, mini fridge and access to the patio. Upstairs was the bedroom. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was located in a safe, quiet area that was tucked in from the centre of everything. Everything was so close. The free breakfast was great. The absolute best part of this entire experience was Luigi! I cannot begin to capture how helpful he is! From the minute we booked Luigi was in contact with us. He offered suggestions on excursions, car services, detailed suggestions on restaurants. He sent us maps on how to get to where we were going. He even met us at the train and helped with our luggage! I have never had interactions with a more helpful person. One evening when he had left I text him about something and he came back to address it in person. When we left Sorrento and headed to Rome for the next part of our trip, we all kept saying how we missed Luigi :-)

We had a LOT of luggage so the stairs were a challenge, but WOW the owners helped us on our way in and on our way out! Even helped us haul it all to the train station on our last day!

Love everything.

I loved the fabulous location in the heart of the historic section. I could open my doors and shutters and be immersed, but when I shut them, my room was nicely quiet and dark. The area feels very safe, important to me as a single female traveler. This is a family business with son Luigi providing wonderful information about places to go, tours, food. He even provided a video to follow to walk from the train station to Sorrento Flats. It made arriving super easy. There are thoughtful touches in the room. In house laundry is available (I used it!). Very clean in all spaces. Momma is the baker of amazing cakes and treats served up at breakfast. She also makes home made tiramisu-not to be missed. I had a studio with a queen bed, seating area, kitchenette with sink, frig, and even two stovetop burners so very easy to make simple meals. I was stayed 5 nights and throughly enjoyed my time. I highly recommend Sorrento Flats.

We Loved every part of our stay @ Sorrento Flats. The B&B is beautifully decorated, modern & exceptionally clean, it has completely soundproof rooms & provides delicious home made breakfast served in a lovely dining room with both inside & outside dining options. The B&B is perfectly located in the heart of Sorrento, walking distance to the many wonderful restaurants, shops, and amazing views that Sorrento offers, and to all public transportation. Luigi helped us plan our stay in Sorrento from the start, months in advance of our arrival. He helped us plan day trips to Pompeii & The Amalfi Coast with exceptional black car Mercedes private drivers. He kept in touch all the way up to & throughout our stay. He provided detailed information, including video walking instructions to & from the train & bus stations and walked us to the train station on our departure day. He went out of his way to help us in every way. Our 2 nights @ Sorrento Flats were by far our favorite of the 15 nights we spent in Italy. Property was centrally located in downtown Sorrento. We could walk everywhere. Very clean and in great shape. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was homemade and fresh.
