The first night the room was cold...the night after the radiators were on from the afternoon till 2 in the morning...too hot, there was no acustic isolation in the room...we could listen to the tv on from the other rooms...

    More choice needed at breakfast.

Fine spacious room - nice warm decor - family run hotel, friendly and helpful. Location just outside the old town very convenient - easy access for the car and close to the main roads. Wifi excellent. Stylish hotel and good value at €70 per night.

It could of had a mini fridge for travelers to put our water or drink in over night. It was not a big deal.

It is a family run hotel, and the staff were friendly, and welcoming when we arrived, and helpful to tell us direction where to go see the town. I would re-book this hotel on a future trip.

The room backed onto a roof which I didn't want to leave the window open at night as I felt unnerved, and therefore had to leave the air conditioning on which made the room very cold. The shower was raised and as my Mum is elderly we had to take great care that she didn't hurt herself when stepping as it was quite a big step for her. Otherwise the hotel was lovely.

Lovely staff, extremely clean rooms and generally very convenient place to stay to visit family.

An efficient standard sort of hotel. Not too far to walk to the town which is well worth the visit.

Okay but very much a business hotel - modern building (although needing a bit of an update decor wise) and lacking in character but clean and comfortable rooms. A 10 minute walk from the centre....up a steep hill! Friendly staff

The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was comfortable. Good breakfast in nicely decorated salon with lots of interesting photos of various famous Italian actors and singers etc. who have stayed at the hotel before. The hotel itself is more on the edge of town but after a 10 -15 minute walk there are lots of restaurants and pizzerias to choose from in the interesting city centre and we found the people most hospitable.

Hotel is in a block-of-flats setting and there is a bar that was just bellow our window with pretty loud customers, comming to have a smoke outside. The decor of the hotel is amusingly-disgusting '80's funeral parlour style'; I guess most of the Italian customers of the hotel can relate to that, since most of them seem to come to celebrate an anniversary of their relative's death.

Friendly and helpfull staff, nice breakfast.

One of the reception staff was gruff and unwelcoming. The other was charming and helpful.

We were given an excellent recommendation for a local trattoria as their restaurant was closed the night we were there.

Room lightning consisted of a single ceiling light. No lights by bed. Sparse. Standard of room didn't match public areas of hotel.
