This is more of a disappointment in the difference in American and European cultures. I was looking forward to a nice hot jacuzzi, but found that the jacuzzi was cold. When I asked, I was unforced by the from by desk that this is normal for October. I was going to sooth my aching back with the hot jacuzzi jets but not with cold water. Let me be clear, this is not a complaint about the hotel, because you can't really complain about cultural differences... it's just how it is. I accept that. But, secretly...I rant wanted that hot jacuzzi like we have back home. Not harm done. I would go back there if I returned. Great place.

A little far from the main part of Toscolano Maderno - ok to walk but if you have mobility issues then it's better to have a car

Nothing to not like. Obviously it's not 5 stars hotel but great service and good quality. Maybe could be bit cheaper?? But service and everything around really great.

Customer service. Receptionist (maybe it was owner actually haha) was speaking perfect english. Very helpful and nice and polite. Really great service. I could even keep rented bike in garage over the night, etc.. All brilliant

There is no parking just you have to find a place on the street which is very busy. So be prepared that you will not find place easily. Smell from bath was not pleasant.

The breakfast was superb, featuring a wonderful variety of options. The location, just a stone's throw away from Lake Lago Di Garda, was truly enchanting. It combined a delicious morning meal with the beauty of the lakeside surroundings perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The customer service can be better. When we checked in, no instructions were given on what facilities they had, if we could order breakfast, what was included in our booking, etc. We stayed at many other hotels and never experienced such unfriendly staff. We had a situation where we were caught in a storm and ran into the hotel soaked through (with two young children). The hotel manager was more concerned about mopping the floor and made us wait at the front doors for 10 minutes before he allowed us to go to our room, and didn't offer towels so we could dry ourselves whilst waiting. We asked for an iron, and apparently, they didn't have one. When we booked the room we thought we booked it with breakfast included, however we found out the next morning that we didn't and an alternative wasn't offered. They simply couldn't offer us breakfast even if we were willing to pay for it. Cue, two upset children who couldn't understand why they couldn't have breakfast. This could have been avoided if the staff informed us of our mistake at the check in.

Lovely friendly owner and staff. Spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. Great shower water presure. Very quite location with excellent restaurants in walking distance.
