But this is a problem throughout the city of Milan. Otherwise: Nothing to improve. There is no need to mess with something that is running smoothly and fulfills what is required of it.
The location is by far it's greatest asset... a short walk from anywhere down by the Duomo. The employees are second to none in providing help and attending to our requests. The breakfast is phenomenal. It is a full breakfast that will take you through lunch as well and very tasty. Everything was A++. We will return here on our next trip to Milan.

The staff are exceptionally kind, gracious, cheerful, and accommodating. The location is superb. There are many delightful extras -- orchids in the room, chocolates at reception, free drinks in the evening and an excellent, abundant, delicious breakfast, with all sorts of offerings. The housecleaning is terrific.

Everything. We had stayed there once before and were looking forward to staying there again. It was just as wonderful as we remembered it. The staff is welcoming and anxious to meet you every need. The free mini bar is a treat as is the complimentary champagne happy hour. The location could not have been better. It is steps from the Duomo yet very quiet. There are several good restaurants in easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet is one of the nicest I have ever seen plus they will cook eggs to order upon request. See picture of just one section of the buffet.

The location was amazing in the heart of duomo, walking steps to everything (Food, shopping, Chathedral & Metro stations). family room was big, comfortable, clean and nice. Staff are friendly, kind & helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Snacks at lobby all the time. I highly recommended. I will definitely stay in Spadari Duomo next time.
