It was quite outdated and minor repairs needed to be done . The door did not close properly .

It was a nice enough hotel with a nice pool which did its job as it was very close to the airport for our last night .

They have some evening events once a week at the restaurant and live music until 11:30 and if you want a quiet evening, you will not sleep until it finished. Some members of staff were not very friendly, specially at breakfast.

The location is convenient for the beaches nearby, the breakfast was delicious and varied. The pool area is really nice and the restaurant for lunch and dinner is worth it. Room is okay, and clean

The location is a bit remote, but we knew this when we booked.

Very nice hotel - nice and spacious room, with a big balcony. Very friendly staff, very nice pool area, with sunbeds on the grass. Good food (we only had breakfast), and as bonus a pasticceria at the ground floor with very good sweets. Lots of parking spaces available.

We had no where really that was safe enough to leave our luggage after check out- due to an evening flight, We could only leave it in the reception lobby at our own risk. So Would definitely recommend for the hotel to have a safe storage place and a token/name system for luggage to be stored safely.

Everything was lovely. Staff were great and helpful. Location was ok. Some Lovely restaurants in walking distance. The hotel food, breakfast was great and we had lunch at the hotel once. Which was great food. Pool was clean. The cafeteria on site was great too and very popular.

The room and the bathroom are slightly old; the pool wasn’t very clean; the breakfast was poor and the same every day.

Great location to reach Olbia and most beaches further north or in San Teodor by car; nice, spacious parking place in front of the hotel; gorgeous garden surrounding the hotel; warm and helpful staff; free shuttle van to the nearby Porto Istana beach several times per day.

We had ants in toilet and beds and they didnt change our room until last night after complaining twice. Our room was by a busy road and we had to walk along the road with babies to get to breakfast and facilities.

We stayed in the apartment which slept 6 people over 3 rooms. My complaint here is that there was only 1 mirror in the bathroom which was really inconvenient, as we had to wait for 5 people to get washed before being able to go in and do make up. Also I struggled to do my hair as I couldn't plug in a hairdryer in the bathroom so had to do it in the bedroom then go in the bathroom to check but we made it work, the staff also tried to get one for us but couldn't. Also the first bedroom didn't have a bedroom door to shut for privacy so I had to get changed in the bathroom. We had to ask for more mugs in our room as there was only 2 left despite booking for 5 people but this was an easy fix. But everything else was really good.

The staff here were amazing, I asked a lot of questions about public transport and general where to go and they were so helpful. The breakfast was good and had a meal in the restaurant twice which was also really good. Bar staff were kind and always had a smile on their faces. The room was cleaned every day with fresh cups and towels.

Would have liked a garden room but we booked late so couldn't expect it. Would be great to have a stand up shower with screen but to be fair I stood up with my back to the wall and had a lovely hot shower each day. again some people would complain about this but it was fine for us.

Very clean hotel, lovely gardens and a nice big pool that was meticulously cleaned each morning. Good breakfast in the continental style with a great range, cooked eggs and bacon and then cold meats boiled eggs cheeses and a great selection of croissants, fruit pastries, fresh fruits etc. Room was basic but functional. Near the road but the aircon (which worked very well) drowned out the noise of any cars. Ignore the silly one star reviews from disgruntled customers.

The pool bar was closed most days When it was closed there was no proper system to order drinks etc, you had to walk all the way around to the cafeteria Rooms need a full length mirror (there was only one in the bathroom)

Unfortunately, the experience did not match the price. The room was advertised as a “family room with a garden view,” but in reality it faced a rooftop and was very small. There were ants inside the room, and they even got into our belongings. The staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. The hotel arranged a taxi for us to the airport — just a 10-minute drive — and we were charged €45. I’m not sure if this can even be considered a proper transfer, but the taxi was ordered directly by the hotel. The food was also disappointing: very limited selection and low overall quality. Sadly, we wouldn’t recommend staying here.
