Breakfast was in a bland room upstairs, limited staff and not the best breakfast. This was the only thing that spoiked it. If it was better staffed and less like a motorway service station breakfast it woukd have been good.

Swimming pool , did not open until 9am. It was also shut from 2pm to 4pm so no swim before breakfast or directly after lunch. The tower located onsite was out of bounds due to the railings being unsafe.

Lovely swimming pool, fresh towels twice a day. Lifeguard was very nice. The area was quiet and the view was great. Could also swim direct to the sea via a staircase. The staff were very friendly and the check in and check out times are the best !

They have fixed hours to have lunch and dinner. Makes no sense. Also, the wifi signal that doesn't work on the 4th floor. But they changed my room without any problem.

Infrastructure was great. Bars, pools, restaurant. Everything was OK. The food on the restaurant was amazing. Really recommend. And the price is also ok comparing with Mondello options. Breakfast is also really good and starts early, which is important.

Hotel is quite old. It needs corrections especially outside the hotel.

Private three pools and private two entrances to the sea with possibilities to buy drinks. This is main dominant of this hotel in entire Mondello. The staff was very nice.

It's a bit far from the nearest proper supermarket, and the route to the town is not so pleasant to walk, as it's a really narrow road with parked cars on the sidewalks. Breakfast gets boring quickly, as it's the same options every day, and not the best ones (lack of basic vegetables for example). During peak season it's quite expensive, but totally worth it IMHO: Pool, private sea entry, gym, restaurant.

We didn't expect that the hotel would have multiple private entries to the sea (stairs literally between rocks), which was an amazing opportunity to enjoy the sea without the crowd of Mondello. In addition, there 3 pools, and at least one of them had really warm salty water. Also for coffee lovers, you can request any coffee of your choice (or multiple ones) during breakfast, and it will be perfect, fresh, barista-made coffee.

Breakfast was average at best. Not enough staff on duty at breakfast. Hotel could do with a refurb.

Fantastic location. Wonderful views. Loved the sea access from the hotel. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Poolside staff a little grumpy - but very efficient and made sure no one was hogging loungers etc.

Excellent location over the Mediterranean sea. Excellent facilities, three pools, private beach, private access to sea. Outstanding beautiful. Closest to Mondello beach, restaurants and amenities.

Near to the end of our trip the hotel was very busy, struggled to find a seat at breakfast and around the pool.

The pool area was very disappointing - the bar at the pool only served a very small selection of tinned drinks and coffee - where was the gelati ice cream or the granita ? The pool area was tired and a bit dull . There could have been more planting / palm trees The sun beds were fixed in one position Our bathroom had a bad drain smell -I had to buy room fragrance spray , the ventilation in the bathroom didn’t work Our room key cards failed pretty much each day so had to keep going down to reception The coffee in the hotel was not nice - I expected good coffee but I couldn’t drink the coffee that was available at the bar or up in the restaurant It was expensive to stay at Le Torra - but I wouldn’t have minded if it matched up to the standard of a 4 star hotel - but I felt it should have been a 3 star or a 2 star hotel

The location was fantastic and the bedroom had a sea view.

Rooms are becoming outdated and needs a fresher look. I’ve been here several times and can see the furniture looking worn and tired.

Beds were not comfortable at all. Three members of our family were nearly electrocuted from faulty outlets on three separate occasions in different rooms of the hotel. The hotel would not permit its guests to enjoy a bottle of wine purchased outside of the hotel on the terrace.

Rooms were spacious. Pools were clean. Close to beach but not too close so as to hear noise from the beach. Breakfast was good.
